this shows a poor appreciation of how accounting works.  Those assets are already in the books at a value.  How much have they appreciated ?  It’s only worth doing they’re now worth more than they’re already in the books at.  Chelsea benefitted because of the large increase of land value etc in London.  We won’t be so fortunate. We could maybe argue a few million but that’s pushing it.  And the PL will be hot on valuation cos it’s us. 

and more importantly, unless it was done before June 30 2024, it’s too late for last years numbers anyway.
