Vowels Posted 4 January Posted 4 January I predicted the darts final perfectly right down to order of sets won, which is obviously completely random and blind luck, but I now consider myself on a roll. I dreamt last night that we didn't lose and Ayew scored. I accept this is hugely unlikely, but I'm sharing it just in case I'm an oracle now. I also dreamt I was there by the way but had to leave before the end as my wife had gone in to labour (my wife is not pregnant but I do have a wife). I'm not at the match today so you can see there are clear flaws in this dream; but I hope the avoiding defeat part is correct. Best I can hope for is confirmation from the wife later that she isn't pregnant. Oh and three points. (Might be a repost ; used a word previously which is likely frowned upon so don't think it posted..) 2

Must be more to the story because all the games I’ve seen him play he creates more than any player. 2
Hamilton Fox Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Championship defence if lucky, we are gonna get spanked 1
StanSP Posted 4 January Posted 4 January 12 goals conceded in our last 3 away games. And we're up against a side that has scored in all but two of their home league games this season, and one of the best English strikers in the league. On and Youri to score a banger at some point too...
HUNTA84 Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Strange decision to being Ayew back in after the Man city game which was probably our best performance this season. Us staying in the league isn't going to be based on our defence as it's our weakest area, so should be using our best attacking line up.
JimJams Posted 4 January Posted 4 January As has already been said if you listen to the fans, and FT'ers too you pretty much cover every possibility/eventual outcome, so in retrospect the fans are always right, because every permutation has been covered. They're also just as often wildly incorrect. Like everyone moaning about Ayew for him to then get us the points against Saints and Ipswich. If he plays shit, get him off, but there's plenty who have already made him the scapegoat regardless. But try to be objective. I prefer Buo, like most do, but if Ayew had played like Buo in the last game, the linking up with Bilal would be immaterial and everyone would focus on the fall in the box in our best effort to drop to someone other than Vardy and the numerous times he ran into an opposition player and lost the ball. He'd have gotten hammered. He's scored as many goals as Facundo. And maybe the lads ill as well, but we need 30 minutes off the bench from him? Who knows?

Tut tut. You really need to get your priorities sorted. Tell her to cross her legs and wait for the game to be over before leaving for the hospital.
ozleicester Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Cmonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Citehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 1
coolhandfox Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Looking forward to McGinn playing out of position on the left and still being able to rinse Justin. 1

CaliFOXnia Posted 4 January Posted 4 January That back 4 has given me eye AIDS reading the team sheet.. 😫🤢
The Guvnor Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Let’s hope there’s no added on time either half to reduce the agony.
Dahnsouff Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Facundo has played one less game than Ayew and has scored one less goal than Ayew Just saying...this may not be the war crime some are making out. 2
trabuch Posted 4 January Posted 4 January Cheer up everyone. We might actually win this. (I'd like to point out that I have man flu and I am feeling slightly delirious)

ozleicester Posted 4 January Posted 4 January FFS we have 300 different strips... and we wear one that is hard to distinguish form them

BigGibbo Posted 4 January Posted 4 January This back 5 wouldn't start for at least half of championship teams. Fingers crossed we decide attack is the best form of defence and get some luck. At least they don't have Rogers (Morgan not Brendan *hawk tuah*).

Yes it would, the gap between the championship and premier league is massive. That back 5 is better than Leeds’
