With the Ruud factor it's bound to be televised,   there's some cracking ties though so we'll probably end up with a horrible Thu/Fri or Monday evening slot

I think the BBC have broadcast all but one of man u fa cup games for the last 40 years or something ridiculous stat. Basically no matter how poor they are, or who they are playing, it will be shown.

Man U are the  holders at the moment so 100% it will be on BBC.

Just a question of what time and day?

They don't need the excuse of them being the holders.....

Lol they say this every year and they can't back it up. Whenever a big team plays a little team at home, whenever two big teams play together. Rigged rigged rigged.

It's such a sign of low intelligence, don't give them the air and let them walk around frightened of their own shadow.

It isn't, it was a knee jerk reaction to our annoying draw.

It would be relatively easy to tamper with the balls in some way that the drawers knew who they were taking out. Or, with draws that take place like a day after the final game (1st round I think does, and the league cup?) you could very easily pre-record and edit something. It really wouldn't be that hard to fix it.

I don't think it is fixed purely for the fact I think one of the ex players who have done it would spill the beans at some point. But it's quite funny reading people talking about it like it's some Kubrick-filmed-the-moon-landing conspiracy.

Well, given all the conspiracy theorists on here with no logical thought process, anything is possible and people believe it.

Maybe. I think a few times it's been drawn a couple of days after the games. And I also remember more than once the draw being advertised as live on YouTube at a particular time and then it starting like 30-40 minutes late. Nobody really pays attention to the Carabao so it's not beyond the realms of possibility.

Saying that we took 6k to Chelsea on a Sunday early tv kick of last season, I do think we will get large numbers because people will be able to get a ticket who normally can’t get a ticket, and if it goes to general sale (which it should) that adds to the attendance

That was when we were in the championship.

We've played these away twice already this year. Ticket prices will be crap. We'll probably scrape 3k, away end will be absolutely diabolical.

I for one would rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon than go to this, but as you say represents a decent chance for those who don't normally go/closet man united fans

I’d be amazed if we took only 3k tbf, yea we have played them twice already, but normally fa cup fixtures do bring in good away attendances especially if it’s on the weekend, and like I said anyone will be able to get a ticket.

I'm hoping it's a Saturday, may take the mrs give her first trip to Old Trafford.

Personally I would be surprised if it isn’t. As I've mentioned Plymouth v Liverpool and Spurs v Villa have to be on the Sunday with them playing in the league cup the Thursday before, and both you would say are good shouts for tv games. Only thing about that is both teams were on in the last round.

So like wise , I'm hoping to go but it needs to be a Saturday..

All the games are listed as Saturday 3:pm  but I take it that's just a provisional listing?

Does anyone know when the actual date / time will be released ?
