No charge but the comment says we did breach PSR. Elated that we've avoided it again but the club and its execs really need to set out how we deal with these two breaches and avoid it going forward.

I don't think it means that. It means there are no charges today because we didn't breach PSR.

I doubt we'll still be able to spend much, as this seasons accounts will be very tight. We had an expensive outlay of transfers after July 1st, without much the other way.

I hope we do some PSR swaps, like the KDH deal, which allows us to bring in a few players with their cost amortized over a number of years. We should be able to buy a few decent players that way.

It says no charge will be brought for any breach of PSR. However, I take your point because quite clearly, the PL is not in anyway careful with its words or drafting!

To all the negative, gloom laden, pessimistic posters,  PL and rival club supporters, your boys have taken a hell of a beating!

Can you source some Premier League piñatas?

No clubs charged.

Nothing like the media causing a storm and creating abit of drama is there?!

This is why people are starting to resent the game at the top level.

Is that like carbon credit trading to become carbon neutral?

Basically.

Sell a player for £20m, record it in this year's revenue.

Buy a player for £25m, amortized at £5m a year over 5 years.

im honestly shocked by this tbf, dodged another bullet, i just hope it serves as a kick up the arse to the morons up top

They are clearly cleaning up the books, but it does take time.

They pushed hard after the title, and yes paid for it. Contracts are hard to untangle from.

That article seems to suggest that no new charge can be brought against us whilst the 22/23 legal case is still on going, so we might have breached for 23/24 after all?

Get that Rudkin statue erected.
Get that fųcking cheque book out.
And get that Rebekah Vardy’ tacky vodka dished out pre-match to all home fans - including the kids.

Let’s win some fųcking games now.
