Ffs that was good from Choudhury but too slow from Alves

Brilliant tackle from Hamza, the pass to and overall movement was too slow to Alves

Yeah probably a bit harsh to blame him that pass did seem like it travelled in slow motion

It's okay if he has some bad moments as well as the goals & assists, he's there to learn which you can't do at youth level.

Early impressions are that he hasn't got the extra pace to be a forward player. Balance looks good. But not convinced.

Ideally I wanna see a player stand out  like Danny Drinkwater years ago, where at Barnsley he was just wow, another level. Or Barnes when he came back from West Brom. Again, next level stuff.

Tbh tho, I was never that sold on KDH as a young player. Took a while for him to blossom. Maybe the same with this lad.

Going to be mustard when he’s got more time on the ball with us, stick him through the middle just behind.

Subbed off.. am I just being biased or was he not probably their brightest player..?

Imo, yes u are a bit

Cardiff been poor so the bar is v low

suspect the coach wants more physicality and alves won’t provide that - he should have done better with his chance and a couple of times he wasn’t on his toes when the ball was played out to his wing. Reckon their only hope is to try and get some set plays and see what they can win in the air

Not sure, Cardiff fans not overly impressed with taking him off.

He looked bright but he was bossed about a bit by Hamza.

He'll be a good player for us if he stays injury free.

Very harsh to be subbed off at half time.  Strange loan to a club that struggles in possession and is in a Championship relegation fight. Getting hooked at half time again isn’t great for his development, he would’ve been better off here rotating a LW role with Stephy and gaining more experience in a less physical league.

TBF this is his first experience of top level football and he's at a struggling club. No-one else was remotely threatening for them.
