Up until the 70th minute, we looked very solid and organised defensively.

Good at the back, toothless up top. Whoever thinks Vardy can still do it has been shown today that it's time for Daka to start.

He was immobile, never ran or attempted to split the defenders.

Positive signs considering our downfall has been defence for months.

**** me arsenal made our defence look organised for quite a while they were that pedestrian.

As soon as they had any pace to their play we lost it,

Brentford will give us a good hiding.

Sterling won the game for them when he went off. He'd fit in here.

Much improved defence, but if your attack is that blunt, you are done.

Much improved against there second string makeshift attack.

3 of their top 4 scorers missing

Sterling would struggle in League 1 with that joke of a performance.

I think we look a lot better under Ruud but as we found with Cooper we have no attacking threat

Even less with RvN, nearly double the goals under Cooper than Ruud

We held them for so long but it was a pretty poor game from both teams.

That's all i've got to say on the game.

As sad as this sounds i've reached a breaking point regarding everything LCFC. I'm sad, i'm depressed, i'm anxious of simply speaking out either on here or at the ground.

The reason we’re in this mess is the PSR / FFP mismanagement and not being able to sign a striker in January. In fact to then sell one to Sheffield Utd, that we could have done with now or even for next season. It’s past crass idiocy from the board.

Reasonable performance today but no punch where we needed it was exposed in the last 10.

Finished punching my cushions now.

Not much we can do about that though is there?

Note to self you can pull and throw the opposition on the floor in front of the linesman and not give a free kick away.

Worth knowing.

identical chances Merino did Ndidi didn`t

Vardy didn`t turn up, we didn`t really create anything and slack defending at the end is the story of a poor game

Indeed he didnt 😂.  He was still one of our positives.....at least better than the alternatives anyway which isnt really saying a lot.

Ive been resisting calling for vardy to be dropped for daka (to say im not a daka fan is an understatement) but hes a spent force these days.  Hes been phenomenal over the years but you cant beat father time .  it reminds me of a once great boxer going through the motions and getting beaten up.  You dont want to see them in the ring again ruining their legacy.

I feel when Ndidi can last full games we will go back to being solid and winning some games.

We looked much better than we have until the second half subs.

That has to be the most uncreative deflating midfield we've ever had. Reid Ndidi Soumare Ayew. What hope can you have with that against anyone?

Same again next week no doubt for heads in the sand fc

Fulham been brilliant today against forest, outstanding recruitment from them and Adam Traore has been unplayable with his strength and pace and then providing the crosses, we don't have anyone who can regulate assist. And then we don't have a good strikers who can score

He put himself about quite a bit today and made a number of passes to team mates. There was nothing creative coming from midfield. I don’t understand why anyone thinks Daka is the answer. He never looks like he’s going to score.

Im not saying vardy doesnt put himself about or can't pass, he just doesnt, in my opinion, have that cutting edge that he used to have, that the opposition couldn't deal with.  These days he is just making up the numbers i am sorry to say.  Sure, he will pop up with the odd goal here and there, but he used to be so much more of a threat.

With Ndidi and Okoli in we looked more solid, and Coulibaly did well. But we were absolutely toothless going forward.

Buonanotte has to start the next game. Daka is a headless chicken in front of goal but he at least will stretch the game more than Vardy is capable of now.
