teblin Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Sometimes there is a random one with us. Like claudio. could Southgate be possible? Not my choice but just a coach out of work.

purpleronnie Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 The idea that southgate would come to leicester is quite frankly laughable. 1

teblin Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Was just a name that I heard on the Dyche pod. Also I think I read he wants a Dof role.
teblin Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 At least we aren’t the only club that faffs about the championship season finished a month ago.
TheGoldenGod Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 That's another club that will want Rohl....ANY DANGER LEICESTER 1
Popular Post Claudio Fannieri Posted 4 June 2025 Popular Post Posted 4 June 2025 I can see us being all over Carrick, decent if unspectacular manager, plays good football and has a good reputation in the game, plus now he is cheap. 5

AjcW Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Getting fired by Boro is like getting fired in the public sector Decent effort! 3
LVFox Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Some glaring issues with Carricks coaching, but I can see him being super attractive to our board. There’s worse names out there, but he wouldn’t be in my top 5
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Carrick does tick a lot of boxes - attractive football - promotes youth - free - played in the premier league golden era Whenever I’ve watched boro thought they were easy on the eye. Looked to me as though the squad was not deep enough to compete
Patrick Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 We can do much better than Michael Carrick. Had a quick look on the Boro forum and their fans seem very happy to hear the news.

Iwebema Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 I was all for Carrick a year ago, felt he was doing a good job just didn't have the players. But this season the same issues repeated, his teams seem a bit weak mentally. I can see him being an attractive option for King Power especially now hes free. There feels like one too many red flags for me.
The Hitman Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Never understood how anyone could be happy with Carrick, it’s been nothing more than mediocrity at Boro under him. 1

He did well getting them out of a relegation battle but never pushed on. They were always that one team you expected more from.
Super_horns Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Seemed like the higher the expectation and more money spent the worse they did ?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Carrick should’ve gone months ago, definitely don’t want him 1
Nolucklcfc Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 Major red flags coming from boro fans, stay well clear. 1
HankMarvin Posted 4 June 2025 Posted 4 June 2025 (edited) Boro got worse year on year the longer he was there, that’s not a good sign Edited 4 June 2025 by HankMarvin 1

Gibson is one of the best owners in the league if you’re a manager, will give you time and will back you, unfortunately he backs a lot of dead horses. I mean even karanka while ended up paying off probably got more time than he should’ve and they probably should’ve got promoted before they did 1
