Some wanted RVN because he promotes youth, however we have seen little evidence of that until relegation was confirmed then he gave out some charity minutes here and there. I hate this Dyche very rarely promotes youth argument. Can you give me examples of young players that have gone on to better their careers while Dyche was at Watford, Burnley and Everton? The two that I can think of is McNeil and Branthwaite, yes the former he signed, but he progressed both of their careers and made them better players. Dyche has the best credentials to sort out a club in turmoil and has previously worked on a shoestring budget which we need over yet another gamble. IMO Nelson is our best prospect and I think Dyche will have a great impact on his career, simular to Branthwaite.

think it was RVN at PSV that kick started Branthwaite, when he was on loan there. so 2 players out of many in many many years, thats not great now is it, rarely even given others a chance

plus the style Dyche plays doesnt suit what we've been going for for what 4/5 years before hand; kinda like what we did when we appointed Cooper,

also Dyche wont sort out this club, the problems run alot deeper, so expecting dyche to fix them is like put a plaster on a broken leg

I actually think Southgate would be a great appointment, that's how low we've dropped

He is meant to be fairly intelligent for a ex/footballer.

In what world does a bloke reportedly worth 15m need the hassle of being at a club that is facing points deductions and has a history of issues with PSR and messing managers around regarding funds and transfers.

He could quite happily sit on his hands, and get a job at a well run prem club in the future if he wanted.

He’s a coach, not a manager. Bournemouth got rid of him when his stock was still high because they recognised this, and haven’t looked back. He did ok initially at Wolves but then completely lost the dressing room so they sacked him, and they haven’t looked back. He would be a horrendous choice.

Who do you want ?

I don’t have a specific name. I just want the club to show some imagination and resourcefulness and recruit a manager with both leadership skills and tactical intelligence. I’m not saying finding such a manager is easy, but other clubs seem to manage it. Why not us?

Watch them announce Coleman for Leicester

There is barrel

Then there is the bottom of a barrel

then there is underneath the barrel

then there is a cellar under the ground underneath the barrel

then there is some scraping to do under the cellar

even then we haven't plumbed to the depths of Coleman

You can't name anyone though ? so can't be that easy.

Hence my use of the phrase, “I’m not saying that finding such a manager is easy”. But as I said, other clubs of our size and smaller seem to manage it, so I don’t see why it should be beyond us.

Have you seen our decisions recently ? Cooper basically confirmed relegation. then we spent 25m on Skipp

Are there any examples of players that went on to better careers from Watford, Burnley or Everton? I've just thought of Brownhill which he developed during his time at Burnley. I don't think those clubs have the facilities to be blessed with up and coming players, but Dyche has shown he will play and develop players regardless of age i.e McNeil, Branthwaite and Brownhill.

thats really really at the bottom of the barrel,

and he didnt develop Brownhill to the player he is now tbf,

thats been Kompany and Parker, their the ones who have took him to another level

i dont hate dyche, i actually like him, but hes not the sort of manager we need at the club, its frankly appointing another cooper

I would say he would use Mav and Fatawu on the wings over Ayew and BDCR

but Ruud probably has more knowledge over the squad so would stick with him till Christmas.

I wouldn’t be surprised if rm was lying mate lol

seems like the type of bloke to do something like that. I’d imagine Top wouldn’t meet anyone at the early stages but who knows anymore.

Of course he was lying, we’ve not even started looking.

We’ll sack RVN on the first of July and the club will announce that they will start the process of looking for his replacement.
