slymunn Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 Cardiff City ask Brian Barry-Murphy to be manager but have to wait on Leicester City | Wales Online
Lad1966 Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 Seems prefect for us  - I hope heâs trying to force our boards hand! 1
DezFox Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 A lot of clubs sorted their shit out. As per we do nothing!Â

FrankieADZ Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 guess we are getting a new manager/whole new back room then
Popular Post winteriscoming Posted 12 June 2025 Popular Post Posted 12 June 2025 Why would anyone want Wilder I donât know. Arrogant manager who thinks heâs better than he actually is. Would just be like us to get the wrong manager from Sheffield.  10

It's not a crazy decision at all, they should have never gone back to him. He makes stupid decisions, set in one way of playing that only works for some players, and the team they gave him in January should have cruised through the play offs. Â Â

Cardiff's calls will just keep going to voicemail for the next few weeks unless one of the cleaners happens to be nearby and picks up the phone... 4
Tielemans63 Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 The cynic in me thinks if they really are considering appointing Kingy, it would only be a ploy to deflect the spotlight from the owner and DOF by appointing an LCFC legend. Feels like a cowardly move to placate fans in the short term; designed to take some of the heat off them. I really hope it's not Kingy, he deserves better than to be the fall guy in all of this.
teblin Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 Thing is even if we donât communicate are make official decisions. If BBM is going to be manager heâll know surely? Or are we really that unorganised?

I don't think it would placate many. Surely most fans would see it as a very poor decision? 2
Claudio Fannieri Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 If BBM is the internal candidate could this force the club into taking action quicker.Â

If we don't do that soon, or decide to go for Dyche, then he'll be off to Cardiff. I still think he'd be a much better bet than Dyche. 3
Mickyblueeyes Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 Chris Wilder called Hamza âPremier League Classâ - no thank you.  The assistant leaving isnât good. These lot have 5/6 positions to fill before pre-season. The decision maker currently wanking off a horse - nothing to worry about.   1 2

At least he gives us a BIT of stability - and I don't think he should be tarred with the same brush as RvN - Ruud seems like the sort of guy who won't take much advice from Assistants. I don't think Barry-Murphy can be blamed for this season's disasters. 1
suffolk fox Posted 12 June 2025 Posted 12 June 2025 This board and topic seriously, BBM as manager. Have a word with yourselves. A 1st team coach under RVN of course he is jointly responsible for the shitshow of a season we have had. Get rid too. Compensation from Cardiff snap their hands off. We need the dosh. 2
