Tazfox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Think there will be plenty of empty seats Monday night. They were trying to flog discount tickets to members of the NHS.
MattFox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Are they not wheeling out the free Chang for one of Vichai’s two birthdays? 2
Footballwipe Posted 4 April Posted 4 April (edited) I was going to go to this as I'd missed the last three due to a stag/couldn't be bothered on a Friday night/knew we'd get beaten. Not now. Empty seating it and will probably be asleep by the time we're 3-0 down mid way through the second half. Edited 4 April by Footballwipe

I won’t be going on Monday like most of us, most happy to see we all hate the club so much we aren’t willing to sell it to the club for them to get some money back. I want us to burn enough to get all the ***** out

Kp1984 Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Won’t be going seat left empty I hate to say it but I’d rather watch paint dry then see us do nothing going forward and leak another 2 or 3 minimum with the worst defending you ever seen
markko Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Laughable tactics. Five at the back. Plan to stop conceding presumably. Give the ball away after two minutes and then put in as much effort as a jelly would to stop the goal. If I see Faes turn his back and then throw his hands up in the air once more I will scream. He wants to leave. Drop him. Exclude him from the squad. Put him in with reserves or lower. Perhaps he could find Edouard who seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. Ruud happy to make an example of Winks but plays this donkey every week. Put Ndidi in defence if we really have no one else. What is the point of seagrave if it is not developing any talent? It seems to me it is but they don't get a chance. I would rather see a kid trying than a so called seasoned pro just sleepwalking through games. Advice to self...breathe! 1
Larry_LCFC Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Could give me a free hospitality box for this game and I still wouldn't go. Kick off time is bad enough, but we will get absolutely torn a new one. Can't see my seat being resold mind 🤣
jim5000 Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Faes and Soumare need firing into the sun. The sooner those two leave the better, they haven’t wanted to be here for 3 seasons, have relegated us twice, and can both fuch off in the summer. Ruud can also be fired into the sun for continuing to pick them. 4
Richmondfox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April 3 solid CBs listening to the dominating and out going goal keeper, all looking to pass the ball quickly to our wing backs. JJ & VK, as soon as they get the ball to bomb down the wings and never look back. Soumare, our box to box destroyer, reading the game and stopping the opposition all over the midfield, before they know what’s happened Ndidi has threaded a defence splitting pass to Daka who controls it and slots it into the net.

JayTheFox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Can’t wait for this - Harvey Barnes to score a hat trick and perform the archer celebration to the directors box. 2

Spot on..good post and totally agree (except Ndidi in defence, need him in midfield. Oh. and definitely drop Soumare) 1
DJW1 Posted 4 April Posted 4 April I am going to the game, travelling a long way to do so (calm down, I´m combining it with a visit to see family). At least this season there´s no tension about whether we might stay up. I thought we were down when we lost to Palace. I wonder what the audience does at the opera or ballet when the performance is poor. Do they sing "You don´t what you´re doing" at the conductor and "You´re not fit to wear the leotard" at the ballet dancers"?

Our group of 4 will be missing. First one I've missed at home for about 4 seasons. I'll be honest, I'm not even that bothered. I asked the lad if he wanted to go and it was like I'd offered him a root canal. 2

What a ridiculous comparison - there's nothing at stake in opera or ballet performances and therefore nothing lost from an individual or collective poor performance. Most of us are no strangers to losing, relegation etc but the difference with this team is the sheer lack of effort, tactics, on-pitch leadership and general apathy, game after game. 1

Nick Posted 5 April Posted 5 April I know this is outrageous talk, but I feel we may score a goal on Monday night.
