You should never defend players for downing tools but in the case of guys like Okoli, Skipp, Buonanotte, Daka etc it's hard to imagine why they would ever bother to perform if the same clowns (and underperformer in Vards case), continue to be be picked, so certainly wouldn't blame them.

His treatment of players is one of many reasons why he shouldn’t be here anymore. With the young talent coming through, this guy will absolutely ruin their mentality.
