And what did you write BEFORE the edit? :)

Setting up  a poll is one of my biggest challenges in life. Too many options!

Vardy scoring would have made me seriously happy.

But being as you asked what would have sent me more "mental" it would have been Monga.

Plus, much of it would have been the goal itself. If it was Monga's attempt on 96 mins? That would have been very special.

Vardy would have been poetic but had that Sels save from Monga gone past him at that moment in the game, there would have been limbs. Would have been a great PL moment for a youngster like Rooney, Macheda, Martial etc

One is an all time club legend on the brink of a historic 200 goals, the other a promising 15 year old who will probably sign his first pro contract elsewhere. Not even a question really!

Vardy.

200th goal and potentially his last ever.

Away at a local rival and destroying their UCL hopes, probably forever given there's no chance of them repeating this next season.

Probably running the full length of the pitch to mimic the insufferable Gibbs-White celebration in front of the Trent End.

Absolute chaos.

I mean Vardy scoring one more goal for us making it a round number is nice… but not a record for anything.

Current youngest Prem goalscorer is almost 1 year older. A real record would be better!

Me. He could be the future for this club or at least one day be the player we have to sell because of the stupid rules in English football.

A goal at his age in the premier league against our rivals COULD have been the deal maker to stop him leaving for £0

It would have been headlines around the world and actually might have caused a change to the stupid rules where we can't even offer him anything to stay.

He'll probably sign his first professional contract with someone else.

It's a stupid hypothetical anyway but the answer is objectively Vardy.

He probably will yeah but it will make the headlines of what a mockery it is, to be the youngest player to ever score in the premier league to then just go sign a deal with someone else.

It is a daft one of course but for me I don't care if Vardy gets 200 goals it's not like he is going to break a record for us if he does.
