Because he won't get a better job and his best chance of restoring his reputation will be to turn things around with us. He will stay unless the club sacks him, which seems much less likely now given: a) the cost of doing so; and b) the difficulty of recruiting a quality replacement with another PSR charge over our heads. RonnieTodger Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 (edited) Thank god we avoided that points deduction. We might have gone down! Edited 20 May 2025 by RonnieTodger
Tomo260 Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 So bored of the PSR issues and rumours, not gonna even follow it, just take it as it comes now
when_you're_smiling Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 To be fair, we have ruined football with all our spending. 1 3
Pita Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 The so call business brains at the club are useless need a mass clear out at the top of the club.

Happy Fox Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 We need new ownership, even if the new owners have less funds we desperately need competence.
VLC86 Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 When you think about it, it’s actually pretty funny in a sadistic way. We made them change the rules thinking we could stay up this season, but it’s the rule change that actually means they can get us for last season meaning we will actually be further away from being a stable premier league club 😂

The club knew the rules and were either negligent in adhering to them, or thought they were somehow above them. Hopefully we can escape with a 15 point deduction this season so we end on less than Derby's record. No less than they all deserve. It really could **** us up for next season though, and I expect that to be the case. There’s no chance of us being docked for this season. They’ll make sure it’s after the season is done and get us at the start of next.

Rudkin gets more because it's widely accepted (although none of us know) that he's in charge of football finances, player contracts, recruiting the manager. Whereas Susan's job is likely to be maximising revenue from the sponsorships, corporate hospitality and retail on a global scale. If it feels like she gets away with zero flak, it's because the fact we're sponsored by a bankrupt crypto gambling company is barely in the top 10 biggest farces of the past few years at KPFC.

LFEFox23 Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 When will this rollercoaster stop!! Bet a decision/outcome wont be until Christmas time.
teblin Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 Might also push us in the direction of Dyche as he has experienced it before. Also might mean he isn’t keen. That or we stick with Ruud.
StevieH Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 Think we will be stuck with RvN next season. Can't see any decent manager taking the reigns in the mess that we are in.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 How are the Facebook groups responding? I think I’m banned on them all 4
Bert Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 Is there a potential for a deduction and a transfer embargo?

Popular Post Mickyblueeyes Posted 20 May 2025 Popular Post Posted 20 May 2025 We have morons in our fan base who are constantly talking about “be careful what you wish for” “Rudkin in” “safe pair of hands” we are the only club in constant breach of PSR regulation. Put aside the restrictions of these rules, focus on our inability to manoeuvre around them like every single one of our competitors, it shows mismanagement, So if you’re a “be careful what you wish for” “Top is great, I hope he shags my wife” “Rudkin in”, “don’t protest” wankstain. Explain why it’s us again. Because the club sure won’t. 8

We won’t really be able to sack him, his compensation will add to the failure of PSR for next season.
ClaphamFox Posted 20 May 2025 Posted 20 May 2025 This is from Sky Sports: "The fans will be relieved to hear that they will face definitely no punishment for the 2022-23 season, but they're facing three charges for alleged breaches in the 2023-24 season." So our previous fear (that the EFL could get us for 2022/23) was unfounded But we've got three brand new charges for 2023/24
