How insecure as a football club do you have to be to describe something you've done yourself as a "statement of intent".

They are the ****ing strangest club in the country, by some distance.

This pro-Marinakis propaganda is pure North Korea. They’ve even roped in John Percy for some very oddly written headlines, constantly assuring fans that MGW was going home for personal reasons and that “he never pushed to leave”.

The whole thing is so so odd. That’s not even including all of the weird shit they’ve pulled before now.

That tweet crying about PGMOL

Accusing Stuart Atwell of trying to save Luton

Grassing on Palace

Hiring Clattenburg to criticise refereeing decisions

Marinakis confronting Nuno

Banning Neville from the stadium

What a bunch of freaks.

Forest will never get done for PSR, "they always win" and their crook of an owner will manage to balance the books using his other teams

The irony is that one of Palace owners clubs, Lyon, saved Forest with a couple of extremely dodgy deals involving Mangala and Niakhite.

They are a ****ing rancid club.

On the plus side, every other club can now see what we've seen in them for ****ing decades.

Everyone now knows they're a weird, arrogant, thick as shit, deluded and spectacularly unlikeable fanbase.

When it all goes belly up, and it will within the next two or three years, the whole country will be cheering it on.

What a bunch of freaks.

I agree with you, but the banning of Neville was quite funny, on both accounts.

But don't worry I'm undercover in the forest forum. I have asked the question if that video came out from another club, what would they think. I know I'll get blind responses back, but I'm intrigued in how they react as that MGW video is not a comfortable watch. Anyone who says otherwise is lying!

Great job on blowing your own cover mate

Interesting read that.

Especially this bit

It is understood that a key part of Palace’s argument is their belief that Forest were given extra time beyond UEFA’s March 1 deadline to address their own multi-club ownership issues as per companies house forest didn't change ownership till 1st april

As Mail Sport reported earlier Palace, who were held to the March 1 deadline, will demand full disclosure of what they believe are bombshell documents and texts between UEFA and Forest which they believe could ‘prove’ double standards have been at play.

so why did they give forest special treatment ? Dodgy backhanders? I hope the CAS treads on forest. Marinakis is now back in charge too since 6th June. Dodgy as hell.

thats my thinking too, since in the article it said that forest didnt change over the ownership etc till late April when it should have been march time(im purely guessing thats wrong)

so it does sort of feel like massive double standards in a way

hopefully Palace get it overturned, as its been well know for a while(well over a year) Textor wanted to sell him Palace shares

while clubs like forest with their dodgy owner put stuff in "blind trusts" and even come marching on the pitch......when he "wasnt the owner" etc

its all massive double standards, and to say any good will towards forest has well and truly gone

Gary Neville was well and truly right lol

Well they have to as they have been named in the case.

This thread has got pretty mental.

People genuinely believe Gibbs-White was held captive. FFS.

Let’s be honest, we’d love a Marinakis here and would be lauding it.

Do yourself a favour and have a read up on the things Marinakis has done. The "Controversy" section of his Wiki page is like War and Peace ffs. I would be amazed if he didn't put pressure on Gibbs-White to stay.

wouldnt want an owner like that hes a pure criminal

you call can it "passionate" where really its just controlling and he spits his dummy out and gets nasty when things dont go his way and he does all these dodgy deals to get his teams out the sh*t, nah forest can keep him, they are just as deluded and fake as he is, is rather go down than have a set of walking ***** and balls in charge of the club

"oh he went on the pitch to have a go at Nuno for not beating chelski" hes passionate

"hes not the owner of the blub" even though companies house say he didnt file that until April 1st and then suddenly from the 6th June hes back in chagre...double standards and dodgy

Plus the guy is having a huge ego trip at the moment and is a massive bellend (not has, but is, i bet he cant even see his own bellend)

and i couldnt even give a t0ss about MGW either as long as the clown doesnt get anywhere near the England world cup squad.... we have miles better in that position

This is accurate tbh, but it's the same for any clubs. Whether it's the PIF or NFFC's resident crim, a good portion of any fanbase would welcome them with open arms and defend them to the hilt no matter what.

Flash a bit of cash, offer a bit of success and you've got the best PR - thousands of football fans batting for you come what may.

Marinakis is the worst case scenario for an owner as one of his mafia mates could have him shot at anytime.

spending the big bucks, hopefully it falls flat on their faces

They pulled in nearly £100m with sales.

I saw Marinakis got involved in the negotiations. Assume many on here think he had the Bologna board and Ndoyes family held hostage whilst these talks went on 😀
