I have a feeling the Chelsea vs Spurs game will be the game of the century not only for PL but for the whole continent also. It might be even bigger than the 2016 one which, if I remember well, had dozens of millions of people watching it all over the world. 

If Spurs survival is depending on this game it's going to be a massacre.

They've done that for a while now. It was originally to stop away fans for teams like Villa and Forest buying up tickets in the home ends but they just kept it for everyone eventually.
