If you're going to charge for something like that, donate it all to charity, £5k isn't going to make a blind bit of difference to the clubs revenue.

Definitely agree if they are charging for it but when I was reading It before getting to the price I thought it was going to be a “experience money can’t buy” event that the club like to promote when selling ST’s & Memberships

I really hope ayew keeps Abdul out of the Ghana team for this break … it would be the most useful thing he could ever do for us

Agree we don't want him playing international football, for obvious reasons

Really good podcast on this by Libero discussing how clubs are fully on with the documentary type stuff but it has zero fly on the wall nature.

LCFC did one for Hannah Cain which was very good.

Good grief. A "special screening" about a player returning from injury.

I'm looking forward to the three-part, no-holds-barred undercover documentary on Aaron Ramsey's training schedule during his recent three-match ban.

I'm looking forward to the three-part, no-holds-barred undercover documentary on Aaron Ramsey's training schedule during his recent three-match ban.

Aaron sits on his exercise bike, a bead of sweat running down his forehead.

Tick. Tick. Tick.

Every second another closer to zero hour.

"I'm angry."

Close up on his eyes.

He leans forwards, and the music intensifies.

Faster.

Faster.

"This is personal".

Flashbacks to the shot from distance at Oxford.

Another close up as the bead of sweat splashes away, and the pace increases.

"Redemption".

Another cutaway to the challenge that led to this. The music cuts, and a phrase echoes, like a whisper on the wind... 'I got the ball ref!...ref!...ref!...'

The music kicks back in, the camera zooms closer and closer to Aaron as his routine reaches its crescendo.

"And when it comes..."

We end on a close up of his eyes

"... I'm gonna celebrate Jannik's goal SO HARD."

Fade to Black

'AARON RAMSEY: THE RETURN"

£10, book now, only at the King Power Stadium

From today's Guardian. Opening paragraph from 2021:

Arguably the best African prospect of his generation. The Tamale native is an all-action midfielder who can play behind a striker or on the right wing, where he cuts on to his powerful left foot and plays incisive passes. He was especially electric at the 2021 Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations where he was named player of the tournament, despite being younger than the vast majority of the players. As he grows older, Fatawu may drop back into a box-to-box role where he can get stuck into tackles and use his range to play longer passes between the lines. Despite plying his trade in the second division of Ghanaian football, he has already been called up to represent the Black Stars in two international windows. Maher Mezahi

September 2022 update A dream year for the player as he played in Afcon in January, signed for Sporting in April and made his professional club debut in August. Look out for the young Ghanaian to be profiled as one of the World Cup’s most exciting young players later this year.

October 2023 update It was a mixed year for Issahaku. After playing in the World Cup, and making his debut for Sporting, it was hinted that he needed more experience to truly make it to the top so he was sent on loan to Leicester City in the Championship for the 2023-24 campaign.

October 2024 update Spent the season on loan at Leicester City last season where he helped them win promotion by scoring six goals and providing 13 assists in 40 league matches. His time with Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations was less successful as the Black Stars crashed out in the group stages. Fatawu joined Leicester on a permanent deal in the summer and has started this season on a good note, making four appearances in the Premier League at the time of writing and even pitching in with his first assist.

October 2025 update Fatawu's first Premier League campaign was cut short by a knee ligament injury, a setback made worse by Leicester’s relegation at the end of the season. Now fully recovered, he has made a flying start in the Championship, scoring a few spectacular goals and establishing himself as a key player for the Foxes.

I love Fatawu, i really do but jeeze someone really needs to teach him how to put in a decent cross. Don't even look at the completed crosses stats from tonight it will give you nightmares.

A game of 2 halves if ever there was one for him in that regard. Put some great ones in during the first half but then the second half was shocking

Pass the ball to Fatawu

He gets doubled or tripled up on

No one around him providing support with an over/underlap to create space for him or to combine with

Options are pass it back or chuck it in the box

Occassionally pull off a worldy

Must be so frustrating being a winger playing in our system, especially when the left wingers basically get ignored all game
