He's got to drill a better mentality into the players. Im not writing him off yet but the league are clearly waking up to how feeble we are.

He doesn't have a clue how to defend (or attack) a lead. We can blame the players, we can say we don't have a striker etc etc, the squad we have is miles better than most teams in this league and the manager should 100% be getting more out of this squad.

Win tonight and the pending points deduction would still have us in touching distance of the top two but that’s it for me now. Play offs.

Hes got till the next international break to make a case for him having a future in top flight management.

We needed a manager that would come in and be brave. He talked the talk about utilising the academy but instantly reverted to using the same ROTTERS who have let us down every time.

How many mistakes is Faes allowed to make? Where’s the pressing gone? Where’s the “attacking non stop football” ? This is going absolutely nowhere.

Massive worry that we create so little for the strikers, we are reliant on moments of individual brilliance, really think it’s time to bring in Nelson and Aluko. Think another couple of frustrating results and performances and I think he will be under pressure.

Too repeat the same performance as Wrexham it the next home game would suggest the drop off in the 2nd half is more of a tactical decision rather than the players being complacent. My 15 year old lad said two minutes into 2nd half we have dropped off big time and it’s going to be another Wrexham, sadly he was proved correct.

Said it before and ill say it again. This inverted full back position does not work. You are not fvcking Maresca.

The one time we looked threatening in the 2nd half was one when Thomas almost bagged right at the end. Let the full backs overlap for christ sake.

This would also allow us to end playing Vesty so another added bonus

Really poor management again.

He went senior and I’m sorry that was a risky position. We are drifting under him. A number of players on that pitch won’t be here next season so not even building anything.

I think he will struggle the next two and then the pressure will be on. He went into battle with some weak players and they’re letting him down. Poor decision making.

Imagine having players who want out, appearing to not be as fit as you’d like them to be.

We were blowing after 60 minutes and that’s not the first time is it?

Marti said he liked promoting from the academy, Aluko, Page (on the bench) would give you legs at least.

I can’t think of one thing that Reid did after coming on, other than his tame backwards header.

When the club is still full of players who stink the place out & have relegated us twice, what is it with FTers that you want to blame the manager?

For me, he & Abdul are the two shining lights in a mediocre early season. IMO

I’m sorry the manger is no shining light he has done nothing out the ordinary, with a team that should be in the top 2 compared to other teams around us

I'm a long way from piling in on Marti, but he's the one picking them every week isn't he

You can accept a patchy run of form if we were building for the future and playing our academy talents but he's chosen to bank on the short term and play the senior players instead.

If Cifuentes is going to gun for promotion at all costs and leave our academy player out in the cold frankly the short term results have to be better than what we are seeing.

He gets absolutely no sympathy from me if he’s going to pick the same mercenaries who have let us down every time.

I wouldn’t go as far as to say he’s a shining light, I like what I hear from him but I’m really not noticing huge changes in our play however, I completely agree with the first part.
