I would suggest apart from Thomas and Nelson (not fully fit) that's a line up of the back ups and those that are leaving.

It's pretty common to mix up the personnel so that both "teams" are half and half as opposed to just sending out the "first" team and a fully rotated one, no? 

 

Although that does look like a list of players that have probably asked to leave

Regarding Thomas I'm not too sure, but maybe with him previously managing in Scandinavia... Kristiansen gets a look in here again? Or its just a mixed team and its getting thought over too much
