He’s here on a season long loan, let’s enjoy while we can. There was always a risk he could/ will not sign for us at the end of the season. With the predicted points deductions incoming, as well the lack of activity in the transfer market,  there was alway chance this was going to happen. I hopes he stays, but it’s highly unlikely. It’s a shame, because I think he genuinely feels something for the club!

He may well do better , however it’s all about ££££ with footballers as we all know . Do I really believe Winks would be at Leicester other than the £90k a week he supposedly earns

The lad is 21 so still has a ceiling to hit and is still a youngster. The club is toxic and has been for some time now and something has to change, new owners need to come in or Top really needs to make a statement. Buying this lad has to be a given if he plans to stay and rebuild. The finances will be a hell of a lot better come the end of the season and he needs to be a major player for us going forward even if it is short term until he moves on.

Yes, I sense he's in "enjoying the moment" mode and knows he's pretty much head & shoulders above the rest of the team (arguably with Nelson and Fatawu being the two exceptions) - so because of that looks to be enjoying his football at the moment. Who knows what the future holds but I'd be surprised if his was with us next season anon!

I totally get it and I agree , why would he sign for Leicester next season, but if the money is right then why wouldn’t he. To be honest what with him being a Coventry lad there’s only one place I believe he’s going next season. I’m gutted as I doubt he’ll be with us next season however judging his abilities purely on this season, I believe he deserves better than what we can offer him , weather they can offer him more money who knows . When u hear what the players at Leicester are earning compared to other teams is scandalous, however what would u do ?? It’s a short career playing football professionally

I think he’ll end up signing for us, can see why others don’t but I think it’s 50/50 at the moment
