Why did they let him play on against Wrexham? This is on the medical team.

Manger has final say no matter what the medical team say. Great managers listen to their medical team as they know it benefits them long term, dung manager dont care and will play the player with painkillers etc as they play game by game. And sadly we have a dung manger, who is selfish and doesnt know what hes doing. so we cant blame the invisible medical team for this at all.

So many supporters on the WBA match thread groaned when JJ was kept on and predicted a long injury lay-off as a result.  How come so many supporters understand exactly the situation whilst a professional manager and medical team can't make a sensible decision?  It's not by any means the first time this has happened.  It beggars belief.

What a week ahead...

Best player out for four weeks

Drab draw again Wrexham and we didn't even celebrate our goal

Losing to Oxford looming

Points deduction looming

Marti keeping his job

At one point when they were stretching his hamsting he winced and you could lip read him saying "it's popped"

Like...if that's the case. if it happened initially then why is he still on the pitch. Even worse if the physio's made it worse trying to stretch off a pulled muscle.

I'm pretty sure we must have the only medical professionals that think it's possible to run off a muscle injury lol

Stick lurch up front, overlapping full backs and lots of crosses.  Time to get agricultural if we want to score a goal.  We've got nothing else.

Oxford

Charlton

Birmingham

Southampton (Cup)

Southampton

Stoke

Middlesbrough

Likely to miss all of those, perhaps return against Boro as a sub.

Most likely see him start back end of Feb vs Norwich.

What a miserable time it's going to be, on top of what misery awaits us anyway...

can’t see us winning any of those. We are literally a one man team, bar the odd Fatawu worldie.

He said... "Aaron Ramsey will probably be March at some point, Jordan James... longer term"

Wow. That really is bad news

Ramsey might as we go back if possible as he won’t last more than a few games again . James being injured is for so long is terrible for us .

I'm absolutely fuming at the total ineptitude of the medical and coaching team to keep him on with a hamstring injury. Every minute he was kept on probably added 2-3 days to his recovery time. This club man.

Andy king said in his press confrence , just longer than Feb. pray its early March !

I didn't interpret like that. He didn't go through them in order and think the longer term was in reference to the fact that Skipp is just out for this game and then back. But maybe it is worse than Ramsey

"Everyone else is longer term. Harry Souttar has been out for a while, he won’t make the game. Aaaron Ramsey will be probably March at some point, Jordan James [is] longer term [than Charlton], so nothing new.

I still think it'll be another month before we see him play again. As much as we need him back, rushing him back is worse for us, let alone him.
