Marti needs to get his finger out his arse and start dropping the deadwood not just from the team but the squad and get a plan for the first 60 / 70 minutes with subs who can come on and potentially have an impact.

So he's not aloud to rotate when we have 3 games in a week?

 

What your saying is he needs to start the same 11 players every single game.

 

That's a great idea when they're all injured in April, and he's forced to play Skipp / Soumare again.

Not ideal but I'd have the young players that played so well in pre season playing and on the bench 

 

To be honest with the impending points deduction I'd probably forgo this season and really bring through 6 / 8 including Nelson, Okoli as first team players and squad members i.e Page, Evans, Thomas, Joseph, Aluko

This again a very valid point. Plus, with players like Ramsay and Abdul, both are high risk of recurring injuries….. the results against both Pompy and Hull just confirmed how poor our depth is. 
 

He’s bringing in players you simply can’t rely on, but should be able to……

Add to the mix his useless tactics, watching Abdul getting doubled up on and run ragged all game. Watching the chuckle brothers play walking football to the halfway line and invite a press and lose the ball.

Spot on.  Among the valid criticism there has been a lot of unfair criticism that made no allowance for the fact that we had 3 games in a week.

Rather give the new guy a run of games up front instead of keep changing every game no one is going to get any form at all if you keep getting swapped out the next game after you start
