What he did do was install a strong professional culture while still allowing players to enjoy the experience of playing for England. Something England managers before failed at. I like the sound of that at Leicester. I think it's what we need at the moment. I think he is a leader. I also think he'd be great with our Youth which is our future. And as you've pointed out, Southgate might not get an opportunity in the Premier League based on fans feeling towards him. 1

Now, that would be a good shout - and a possibility (no more than that - as I doubt very much he'd be interested) as well, given his skills in general Management, working with clubs and the FA in squad selection and negotiating player availability. I thought Coleman would be a decent choice in the Director role, with his experience with Wales.
