Yes indeed, wouldn't want them to get tired or stressed.

 

I am glad I don't really care about the cricket that much, else this would not be a nice time to be an England man in Aus.

It is astonishing that (if ESPN’s stats are up to date), Archer at 39 has a higher batting average than Pope, Crawley, Smith, Stokes, Duckett and that boy with apparently all the talent in the world, Brook.

Also picked up a fifer.

Since 2000, they've won around 100 Tests in Oz, with just 19 losses and around 20 draws. Three lost series - two against India, one against England. 

 

They are formidable at home, and it shows very clearly they are ruthless when ahead in a series. 

 

Interestingly enough, England actually have a pretty formidable record at home as well, at least in terms of series - the only away team to win a series there since 2010 is the Saffers (I think?), with only three series losses since 2000 themselves.

Aussies can rely on at least 1 or 2 to have a good score each innings. We can barely rely on 1 or 2 to have a good score per test

Because they decided four years ago that they were going to bowl 90 mph bouncers and haven't listened to anyone who has been telling them that Aussie pitches have favoured bowlers that pitch it up these days.

 

Same with the batting. We don't have to worry about the fact that Crawley always nicks off to slip playing on a length because surely great bowlers like Cummins, Starc, Hazlewood and Boland won't notice that.... right? They'll just bowl short... right?

 

Frustrating that the only player that's seemingly allowed to judge the conditions and play to the occasion is Stokes. Everyone else has to sink while the captain starts playing normal cricket.

With how much emphasis Key has put on preparing for this series, he's surely the nailed on to go. (Alrhough this is the ECB so probably not)
