Sure, I ate some humble pie in the games after that as we genuinely improved, but we know that as long as we have MC in charge, this inconsistency is pretty much guaranteed, was exactly the same at QPR.

people are joking about the staff wages having an impact… but if you feel that type of energy around the training ground then it can seriously suck the wind out of you. They are human and I don’t doubt some of them wouldn’t care at all but there will be a lot that would be ashamed that their employer has done that
