 I've unsubscribed from their marketing emails and yet because I clicked on that post re the Whiteout retro shirt I received an email yesterday.  I can't remember ever buying anything online and the last thing I bought from the shop was years ago in fact I've still got a lot of £15 unused in the Rewards

I got this too. Very rarely would you get a company send you a link to click on to update your data due to security. Such bad practice.

I also got the link to update my details. Decided to try to update them (which I been trying to do for several years) assuming the page maybe now works properly seeing as they've sent out a request for people to check them.

 

But no, the optional Address Line 2 (into which somehow they've duplicated the town part of my address), still can't be cleared because 'Address Line 2 is required', even though the screen clearly says it isn't.

 

And no, my obsolete old home phone number can't be cleared. With this field it allows me to clear the number and save it, but despite confirming 'details successfully updated', it's still there!

I'm certain those t-shirts are drop shipped. Some of the pictures are the same but with a different design on the t-shirt. 

 

They don't exist until ordered, so realistically they don't exist at all because surely no one is buying that crap.
