They could try doing everything a touch quicker and not wait until they are pressed.  It’s the unnecessary risk they put themselves under. 

 

The full backs are never going to carry the ball so that’s not an option.

In all seriousness, though, my point was that Vestergaard and Faes also make a lot of mistakes. They're no better. 

 

So we might as well persist with these two who at least have more capacity to develop.

I'd love to know if this inverted full back thing is a Marti idea or something Ricardo is forcing. Cause it really leaves us exposed on the break and doesn't help our central defenders.

I agree with you, he hasn’t been very good at all, and he does have to minimal a bit, but this is the type of player he, he’s all gas and you have to play in this way to get the best out of him. He’s a limited player really when you look at his game but his strength make him exceptional on his day. 
 

Mavididi is more the type of player I’d expect to flourish in this team, because he can mix it up, however, he’s suffering a crisis of confidence and is woefully out of form because of this.

 

Mongais the other, he doesn’t need speed or power, he’s got the ability to manipulate his body position, similar to Mahrez to beat players…. But he is 16……. 
 

If we played a slightly more counter attacking style of football, I would suspect we might be doing slightly better….

Our defenders are all as sh!t as each other,  Nelson included. 

 

Poor clearance by Okoli and then the player breezes past Nelson like he's not even there.

I don’t think you can do with Luke Thomas on the left. He’s not suited to shuffling across to for back three when Ricardo inverts to make the box midfield.

You’re starting to show an irrational dislike towards Nelson, Okoli was at fault for that goal so not sure why you’re bringing up Nelson like that?
