It’s not a good day when Mr. EFL Himself Tom Ince looks good……..

Was just thinking he looks just as stupid as Fatawu, so viewpoints I guess!

The highlight of the match is that I had a bet on James to be the first goalscorer at 8/1.

Bloody pleased to be sat on the sofa with a cup of tea that didn’t cost me nearly £4 and doesn’t have UHT milk in it

Did Okoli have a system reboot then.  How can we have so many brain dead players.

Nope, what you see is the real thing. He can't take any updates. He came with the default factory settings.

My first thought was "christ that's amazing"

My second thought was "how many more times is he going to try that this year"

Absolutely love Abdul, he's pure cinema. But there's 0% chance this won't go to his skull a bit bless him haha. He's got a touch of the Knockys, think that's why I love him so much.

Commentator - that’s a nice ball.

Me - it definitely wasn’t! That’s a nightmare to control at that height.

I agree with you, he hasn’t been very good at all, and he does have to minimal a bit, but this is the type of player he, he’s all gas and you have to play in this way to get the best out of him. He’s a limited player really when you look at his game but his strength make him exceptional on his day.

Mavididi is more the type of player I’d expect to flourish in this team, because he can mix it up, however, he’s suffering a crisis of confidence and is woefully out of form because of this.

Mongais the other, he doesn’t need speed or power, he’s got the ability to manipulate his body position, similar to Mahrez to beat players…. But he is 16…….

If we played a slightly more counter attacking style of football, I would suspect we might be doing slightly better….

Then problem I find with Mav is that he isn’t a team player.  He’s too greedy but not good enough for what he wants to do, when the basics would’ve worked and increase his numbers.  We don’t have enough goals and quality to wait for those moments of magic from him and Abdul.

We are so easy to play against, we are quite open and yet in possession we are largely impotent so slow and ineffective, reliant on moments of magic from our better quality players. Watching today’s game you would think we had been in this division for the last 10 years, not a team just relegated with the highest wage bill.

If  you think they are the biggest problems on the pitch, its time to switch to bowls

I think having two important attacking positions filled by feeble slow aging players is a big problem

Drag Fatawu off the pitch. Horrendous performance

When he's off the pace he looks dreadful. Problem is that he's one of the few we have who can create something out of nothing. Agree with you though that he's been garbage so far.

You’re starting to show an irrational dislike towards Nelson, Okoli was at fault for that goal so not sure why you’re bringing up Nelson like that?

He's shit, most people just say hes good on here because they think its the 'acceptable' thing.

I've said it was a poor clearance by Okoli, but if the player breezed past Vestergaard or Faes like he did Nelson, there would be endless comments.

You don't have to jump on the bandwagon, its okay to admit a players is just as bad as those around him.

Would argue that evidentially its still less so than other positions however.

They could try doing everything a touch quicker and not wait until they are pressed.  It’s the unnecessary risk they put themselves under.

The full backs are never going to carry the ball so that’s not an option.

How many different ways are there to play the ball from the keeper?

90 times out of 100 in any team regardless if noted as a possession team or not it will be passed to a CB, this is not a Marti issue and you hit on speed of pass but it’s really speed of thought and that’s not a manager issue but player

100% the ease at which we’ve acclimatised to this level is alarming and a poor indictment on the manager given the players he has and factoring in the proportion of tosspots.
