Me and my Dad won't be going (or reselling), but then we haven't been since Mid October anyway.

Missed more games this season than the previous 10 combined.

Totally get it, seems such a waste though....Seen some shiz since 80s but it don't half make the good times great...Won't be missing any games or laughs with me mates because thats more important to me.

Of course it can. No one has said otherwise.

The poster I responded to clearly was suggesting otherwise.

Either way we need to get together to rid the club of KP.

I'll boycott, happy to do so. Just like I have since the Ipswich game. Because I'm having a far better time watching the Ashes in Australia than watch this pathetic mess stumble to another defeat.

Isn't that what you're doing with the cricket team there?

Monday evening is going to be interesting, if the boycott is taken up with some promising numbers.  The pockets of empty seats around the ground will be noticeable for the Sky Camaras.

What it needs is the boycott's reasoning explained within the commentary  the unluckily commentary team chosen to cover our match.

If we also start to get a tanking and have a noticable deficit by half time there may also be the added 'Brucey Bonus' of early leavers, again with this being televised all the better.

Sky as a broadcaster would love the drama.

The more televised embarrassment for the hierarchy the better.  And if Top is there to witness it then brilliant, and if he's not and he's off galavanting on the back a horse playing horse hockey then this paints him in a equally bad light as an owner who's "non to fussed" as his absence hi-lights the very point.

Didn't sky ignore the plane last season when TNT & everyone else shown it? They'll probably just focus on the pitch for 90 minuted and dub some crowd noise in.

Whoever Oliver is (and there may or may not have been a clue with the mention of the van and plane), if you are on here, that was excellent. Particularly the way the answer to how it would affect the players was given and how this is actually to help them.

Also very fair as it wasn’t outright saying ‘get out the club’ as is the view of many of us. Very fairly, it was outlined that it is a case of put the correct structures in place or go.

I would like to hear the loyalists listen to that and have a reasoned argument back but of course they wouldn’t. The only argument is if you actually think the club does have the correct structures in place and is run well. Which if you think that, it is not even a matter of option to say you are clueless!

It was suspected the club had something to do with that to mute the dissent. I could imagine something similar on Monday as they will 100% be aware of this and want to quash it.

As the post above yours said, Sky like any broadcaster should love a bit of drama. Therefore, if it doesn’t get mentioned and is actively brushed over like the plane, I think the is is very telling that the club will take swift action on things like squashing dissenting voices and are aware of the feeling.

"oliver" was wise to position the protest as demand the owner and board improve their performance - as this can be support by both KP in and kp out fans.  Pugilist aside, I think most KP in fans do accept that the management of the club is appalling.

I am really shocked that the club didn’t decide to sack Marti after the Sheffield United debacle and use it as an opportunity to put Kingy in temp charge and try to put the pressure on for fans to attend by saying we have done something plus using the emotional ties that Kingy has with the fanbase.

There is a vacuum - plus they may not have the cash to do so.

Yet seemingly King is part of a failing coaching team. Staying here won't do his future career prospects any good.

Great point. It’s been said hasn’t it that Aiyawatt takes an age to make decisions… his lack of interest or inability to make responsive decisions is costing us, but hopefully costing himself in the long run.

I think the camara positions in the ground will make it hard to focus solely on the pitch area, as previous televised matches have always had the crowd 'in shot'..

So if there is a conscious effort to do so and a disproportionate amount of "extra noise" from obviously reduced numbers this could point towards the club as had having a word with Sky again (as insinuated they did for the plane).

We as fans should he able to tell if the Sky pictures have be "adjusted"  as the mounting positions are a fixture in the ground and same each time and also by past televised feed used as a reference.

This will just tell us thst the club are at least aware as they have taken action to limit embarrassment for the Nepo Baby Man  Child, and the KP circus. Also that this type of action hits a nerve and is affective to a certain degree

It's just a shame they couldn't be as proactive in actually sorting the mess out

The -5 degrees temperature on Monday evening alongside the 8pm start will probably push a fair few others to skip

I really hope that the point of the boycott isn’t dampened down by people not turning up due to bad weather. Don’t want that being used as an excuse for the poor attendance

You do know you can have laughs with your mates away from the stadium. Each to their own though

Saw some clips of the away end at Sheffield United following the final whistle.

Decent level of discontent shown towards the players which is great.

Of course, you can also see some of the fans clapping too. How anyone who genuinely has the best interests of the club at heart can clap that performance really is beyond me.

It's generally the same people clapping after every defeat. I don't want to single them out as i'll be called ageist and sexist. Read in to that what you wish.

It's true. And just a flick through social media shows that a certain demographic of people are very quick to defend Top. It's fair to say, that these people know very little about football. They have the finances to turn up at the ground every week but dont have the passion for the club, just passion for Top and King Power. They have little to no knowledge of what goes on at the club.
