Would love them to murder Matt now so he sees the envelope and gets giddy thinking he'd been recruited.  Think of the content please Traitors.

Yeah I thought follow his day one request for the murder then murder him day two so he thinks it's a recruitment. As if they're going to recruit him and share the money

I was thinking that but I suppose the viewer only gets to see what the producers decide.

Don't know if they are given alcohol but it did look like Fiona's small woman syndrome had changed by the next day. Seemed to realise what a fool she'd been and felt guilty by not voting to banish Rachel.

Harriet has got it sussed.

Yes - she is brilliant. Probably get undone by all the younger ones in the game who don't seem to have any clue as to what is going on.

It’s largely a game of luck and trying to get caught up in the heard mentality crossfire when people begin to assume you’re a traitor.

It’s a game from the 1980s called Mafia or Werewolf. There’s loads of these types of games (social deduction), the more modern ones tend you give you more concrete information to go on, but even so the idea is you play them with the same group over and over again and then you can make educated guesses based on their voting patterns, whether certain people kill people who accuse them or let them die etc.

The classic thing has always been though that the first time people play have no past information to go on so accuse people because they’re too quiet or loud or too normal, which is just how people are, but they’ve never played with them before so have no comparison points.

If they keep the secret traitor next series then I wonder if they’ll not tell them who the actual traitors are.

Can’t work out how good/bad the players are this series

didn’t understand the obsession that the traitors had to know who the secret traitor was.  Just accelerated stuff when it didn’t need to and several more faithful could have been murdered in the meantime.

And as a group,  they keep making deductions that have no basis in logic.

If they recruited Harriet then I reckon they have a good chance of getting to a place where last six are 50/50 faithful and traitors

The one who has it most sussed is Jessie, not the ex cops or barristers.

She has not been sucked in my herd mentality and stuck with the library theory which is bang on. Problem is now she will close that theory rather than keeping suspicions over Steven probably.

As others have said, the last couple of nights have been fun. Will be interesting to see what they do with Matt’s request to join them. They will likely need to recruit at some point but the idea floated above about killing Jessie and then Matt on the night he’d be expecting to be recruited would be great tv!

And the library thing is an example of a situation where they were simply lucky a traitor happened to be in the room. If Stephen wasn't there it wouldn't have affected events at all and Jessie would be barking up the wrong tree.

Sam pointed out something at the table that has always annoyed me. Just because a faithful is banished, it doesn't confirm their suspicions as facts.

But maybe he wouldn’t have been murdered if that conversation hadn’t happened is the point? It was an opportunity to pile pressure on Ross. Given they often don’t have much to go on (and that was early on) it was at least something tangible to go on.

I think I respect Jessie for at least sticking with her theory rather than just following the crowd though.

We noticed that often, someone is talked about at the start of the round table and then others after and they seem to forget and go with the most recent person interrogated. Definitely herd mentality and recency bias in terms of the conversations around the table.

The only thing I’d say on the roundtable is the actual event can take 2-3hrs. We then get a heavily edited version that may not even be shown chronologically. So it’s hard to judge how the real conversation has gone and to what extent people are easily swayed.

Think she'll likely have a hard time convincing half the idiots that Rachel is also one

That's pretty universal on Traitors, this is the 11th season I've watched and every other set of players do the same. He coughed when Claudia said "good morning" so he must be a traitor.

He should be chopped for dressing like a farmer stuck in the 70s

He's lucky Stephen is around otherwise he'd comfortably the worst dressed player of the lot. Although fainting goat Jessie is up there too.

I'm seeing so many "articles" from papers, online papers referencing the number of non-white people that have been voted off so soon. It's a game show, I'm not sure there's anymore to it? Or am I being naïve?

She was so dramatic in the challenge yesterday it was borderline annoying

Which papers? There lies your answer

I would think a few of the talking heads that get invited on tv shows to spout off rather than doing a proper job have a vested interest to stir the pot.

This is the most aggressive bunch of traitors we’ve ever had.

It’s great viewing lol

What is she doing? lol

The thing I don’t understand with the faithfuls..Why don’t they ask themselves why Fiona and Harriet have so confidently gone for Rachel?

Why would a traitor do that unless they were confidently getting rid of a traitor themselves?

Really stupid bunch, why would someone thats been confirmed as a faithful go that convincingly against somebody and they're just brushing it under the carpet!

Roxy being the thickest and most annoying of the group lol
