For anyone on the edge, make this your first day of boycotting TV matches too.

I promise you, your mental health will be better for it.

Your blood pressure will be better for it.

Your productivity levels will be better for it.

Don't massively rate Hamza at right or left back, but I'd rather we moved Ricardo over to the left and had Hamza on the right over Thomas. Hamza's limited but he's one of the only players we have who's willing to actually tackle with some force.

It’s the fact that Marti doesn’t have a plan A, let alone a plan B etc.

I can’t think of a more limited and basic manager, I’m including the likes of Levein/Sousa, he’s that bad.

Ruud was quite bad last season. There has been little to no investment in the squad. We have let a load of players go. We have a bargain basement manager who paid to come here. Marti should not be the target of the anger. If he gets sacked wait and see what comes next.

Getting in early...

What another awful performance! Can't believe 3 of their goals came from our left again. Does Thomas think it's Rugby?!!

Another slow pathetic performance, Ayew is so frustrating that he always goes back and slows the play.

Only highlight was JJ's performance and was unlucky not to score.

So that'll save me typing it later and I can copy and paste.

I have to smile sometimes and it has just happened. Marti this Marti that. Anyone would think we had prime Messi, Ronaldo and Mbappe on the bench or not being picked. We may lose but it won't be because Marti has left a load of talent out. Page would probably bably be the only one I would try and play today in that starting 11.

We may lose not because we have a shed load of average players but because we have a manager who is inept and has no idea how to set up the team. Week in week out we start on the back foot. If we are still level after 10 minutes or so we are surprised. Coventry will attack with pace from the beginning. We will pass around at the back and make errors because he is asking players to do things they aren’t skilled to do. He

is worse in the coaching role then RVN was at least Ruud had an excuse that we were premier league. So yes I blame that inept manager

He isn't the only target of the anger though is he, regardless of the shit show above him, so far he's proven to be massively out of his depth. Hopefully he can get something positive from today

And run. Hamza can run and out in a shift. As can Daka. As can Page.

If nothing else, those lads can run. Reid can't. Ayew can't. Thomas can't

Don’t think I’ll watch this and just check the 6-0 final result then don’t have to see the cov fans jumping around for 90 mins

I'd of started with data he's shir but offers more as a striker than ayew

Maybe Ayew for home games but he offers nothing in these type of games when we need a super quick breakaway.

We are actually above them over the last 6 and 2 points behind over the last 10 and that’s considering how shit we are and have been it’s definitely the right time to play them

If you are right and he is sacked let's see if his replacement does any better. You might be disappointed though. BTW I am not pro or con on Marti I have accepted mediocrity once again. It is sadly easier that way to accept what is happening.

Maybe Marti is going full Rodgers to try and make a point he needs new signings. Rodgers kept playing Ward and Amartey even though they were woeful and Marti keeps picking Thomas, although he doesn't have many other options other than playing Ricardo or Hamza out of position or Aluko who looked awful and got sent off when he played left back.

Ruud was bad but had zero investment whilst in the PL.

I wanted him gone but he’d likely have done a better job than Marti, at least the lad had standards.

Marti allegedly was the reason that Wout came back into the starting 11, after he expressed wanting out.

is Vestergaard a better bet than Nelson/Okoli - probably not.

Are Choudhury or Aluko a better bet than Ricardo / Thomas - physically yes, positionally and general play wise. Not really.

Is Page better than D R Reid. On the ball probably but doesn't offer the goal threat.

Do we have another striker or GOOD false nine alternative to Ayew without a signing. Not really.

Cifuentes hasn't managed to make a great solution out of an imbalanced squad

BUT

we are not replete with properly strong alternatives to what he is putting out today.

So it will depend on what form we show on the day.

Id Nelson, Skipp, James, Reid and 1 of the wingers turns up then we wil compete. If they have an off day then we are ****ed.

Marti is playing the margin calls here, going back to his “trusted players” who have repeatedly failed. He’s won a couple of games so he knows he won’t be fired with a defeat hence why there’s no new academy players in the 11 and resorts to likes of Soumare on the bench.

Offers nothing in the home games either.
