Everyone under the age of 65 uses apps and tech in almost every single part of their working and personal lives. This will be a minor thing to figure out compared to daily challenges we all face in tech. Luddite-ism as a defence of this is a big stretch IMO.

I can confirm this is correct.  Im on android and cannot get it to update.  There doesn't appear to be an update option.  And im not a technophobe.  This would be a delay at the turnstile.  Gona have to call the club unless anyone susses android update on here

I'm android and can't find how to update. Just go to the ticket office outside the fanstore and they'll print you a paper ticket (retro). Happened to me last season as I was waiting to get in the turnstile 15 minutes before k.o!

The club can’t do anything right. Mine updated with the wrong game on my iPhone so I’ve just done the update thing and it’s changed to the Oxford game. As has been said further up, if people haven’t noticed then it’s going to cause issues on Saturday and, it looks like there’s nothing to help Android users update either.
 

Maybe the club actually want us to protest by getting into the ground late and this is their way of helping out by ****ing up the tickets 🙃

My Android just updated to Oxford. I went to the season ticket section on the LCFC site and clicked download, so redownloading could be the fix for Android.

To be fair even the club got the info wrong, as i told them i was on android and there's no Select Pass details for us.

That's not strictly true.  You need internet to update your season ticket - either Wifi or 4G - but outside the stadium the 4G signal isn't good enough.  When my son's ticket didn't update, he had to stand near the ticket office to get on their Wifi to do it.

I'm not sure how I am doing it then. The phone with my ST does not have signal and is not connected to any wifi signals. It's factory wiped other than for my LCFC ticket. I drag up near the gate for every home match to get the right match ticket. I am going to the game on Saturday, maybe I connect to some rogue LCFC wifi to update it. Never given it any thought tbh

I had Oxford but it updated mid morning to Charlton but I just switched the automatic update off and back on on my iPhone and Oxford has reappeared.
