Daniel Kanu could be an option for a loan / potential signing (Charlton Striker).

Only 21, 15 goals in League 2 last season and League 2 young player of the season. His record isn't great in League 1 but he was young during those seasons and at this point, we just need bodies through the door!

No idea about availability but I think Charlton have a few players above him in the pecking order.

Solid shout.

Now Emre Tezgel has gone to Wycombe, Kanu would be high on my list of young Championship strikers that I’d take a punt on, has 1 year left on his contract too.

They have a few talented players that might bring available.

I'd also like us to take a punt that Miles Leaburn just needs a fresh start to become the player he's capable of. He is the exact all round type of striker we are missing but he's properly struggled the last 18 months and not made the step up.

Would have loved Emre to have come to us, mainly as I used to work at Next's head office in Enderby with his dad way back.  Plus, he's decent!

When you mentioned the lack of height the other day, I instantly thought Leaburn as you rated him in the past. Knowing us, it will be Dykes or Mandron instead.

Glad you’ve quoted me Jim.

As you work in Wrestling, can you give HHH a call, see if he wants to buy Leicester City to save us from the Saudis ;)

It’s his birthday on Monday so I’ll drop him a text under that pretense and then switch the conversation to that 😂

Hamza to play the Mascherano role

Probably his best position and not even joking - amazed we haven’t tried him there - he is absolutely garbage at right back and centre mid

Didn’t he play there that one game against WBA where he was genuinely brilliant? Was unbeatable that day.

I'd argue he was brilliant and correcting his own mistakes that day.

Getting abit bored of the hamza hate tbh. Can hate him as person, but as a footballer in the lower divisions who’s come from our academy and fights for everything, he’s hated more than the worse ever city players wtf’s that about? Have I missed something? But not that it matters now but so useless he was we wouldn’t have gone up under Enzo without him

Faes, Souttar, Nelson, Okoli to all expected to leave

Wilson-Brown has had offers

Kevon Gray to be the only centre back at the club

Think I’d go with something like this.

1. Experienced CB

2. Kian Noble or Finley Burns

3. Panzo on a free or someone in the £500k-£1 mill bracket if we can afford

4. Kevon Gray

Hopefully having four options will be enough.

Everyone is for sale, get cash in to make us more attractive for a potential buyer. Would be surprised if any money is spent.

It'll be free signings / loans only and we all need to pray our academy lads can hit the ground running.

With the club for sale players will be sold then the cash taken out as bonuses for the board and we'll be left with a lot of debt for a potential new buyer to contend with.

Played there when we beat Liverpool I think?

I agree. I've seen him play many games in the development sqaud and he was great at huning down the Ball and turning over possession.

After seeing Coulibaly at left back yesterday, I honestly think based on current squad we only need to add four players.

- Right Winger

- 2x strikers

- Left winger

This is prior to anyone leaving of course.

Exactly this

And if someone leaves, replace them, if it leaves us short in that position.

Based of RM, recent interviews as well I feel confident that the club have already lined up players in positions they expect players to leave.

I'd agree with that.
