Maximum points we can achieve from here on is 77, so you can start ruling out the Top 3.

Even the most optimistic person feeling at their most optimistic could not believe we will get 77 points.

There once existed a man from the coast of Salerno who won 13 games in a row

What’s the average points needed to stay up, over the past 10 years?

Above 50

Incorrect.

The average for finishing 21st over the last 10 seasons in the Championship is 47 points. And of course the 'requirement' for staying up could be slightly lower than that average, depending on any gaps between 22nd and 21st.

For this season, it's looking likely 47-50 points is required to finish 21st: West Brom trending for 49 points, Blackburn 48, Oxford 42.

We're 10 points behind Swansea FFS lol

4 points behind Norwich, whose fans seemed certain they would be relegated back in November/December.

It's ridiculous to suggest that we could be relegated though .

I gave up my season ticket primarily because I didn’t want NFT, unpopular with the majority of season ticket holders, forced upon me by a club that didn’t care about the opinions of the majority of its regular match goers.
I am going to love seeing them trying to increase attendance if we go down to League 1. They might start listening then!

Almost guaranteed they do a job on us when they come here too.

I'm basing it on last time we got relegated we had 52 points so it would be just our luck to get above 50 points and still go down. However I dont see 2 of the bottom lot getting above 50 to be fair.

I was similar, makes me chuckle looking back - they were so two footed on this point, and seemed to put all their resource into a ticketless system, whilst taking their eye off the basics of actually running the club, they can't even file a confirmation statement ffs.
