Massively frustrating when they all play the same team, all play the same formation, all play the same side to side and back to the keep rubbish.

 

Let's mix it up. Play two up top, wing backs or going back to counter attacking football by soaking up the pressure and exploding up field.

 

Sod it, even a flat back 10 amd grinding out clean sheets with draw after draw. I don't care, I just want to see something different than the same rubbish week in week out!

Everything else aside, the fact he continues to pick Mavididi despite being one of the worst players in the squad this season has convinced me I don’t want Rowett anywhere near this club next season. 
 

Even if Mavididi makes me eat my words and scores today, he’s shown absolutely zero under Rowett and he keeps picking him, that screams that he’s being picked out of favouritism or stubbornness. Mavididi deserves to be nowhere near this club after the last 2 seasons.

We’d have been better off in 2026 if we kept Dean smith, we’d have been better off this season under Ruud. 
 

I think when you’re in a position like we were under Cooper or Marti you have to roll the dice, but under these owners it’s often a bigger gamble than sticking with whoever is underperforming.

I was calling for Marti to go, but in hindsight Rowett has been worse imo.

 

Cooper was just an absolute disaster who set us back massively after Enzo had actually coaxed a good squad harmony together. The worst appointment since Peter Taylor

Yep, I called for Cooper to go, Ruud was just as bad, I was one of the first to call for Marti to go (I started around 8 games in, but I was biased as I hate possession football). Rowett has disappointed massively. 
It's worth noting though that in January we were in touching distance of the playoffs, if Marti went then I think we were in a much stronger position to bring a better calibre of manager in like Hassenhuttl. 

In the end, the board once again were too slow to make a decision and ended up desperate for anyone.
