Yes, our story.

Obviously things are awful right now, but they are only truly so awful because of what came before.

Our last 20 years of history is such an incredible tale of unfathomable success and unprecedented capitulation. I can't think of another club with a history quite like it, at least in recent times.

This club has given us highs that fans of other clubs will never experience in their lifetimes.

I agree with the rest but don't understand that argument at all

Didn't go yesterday watched the 2nd half on Sky.  Even the poor commentator summed us up he said,  it's never boring being a Leicester fan is it, in the last 10 years they have won the premier league, fa cup, community shield but here they are now, facing relegation............summed it all up.

The club will not fold anytime soon.

You simply can't say that with any certainty. We will very quickly approach the point where our overheads are larger than our assets and then we're in a real spot. And that's ignoring the loans King Power took out in our name.

It's mad what we've lost as a club and I don't even mean the tangible stuff. We have had our entire culture and fabric of what made us unique sort of destroyed in a subconscious way.

We've always been a basketcase of a football club but in a strangely positive way. Experienced random records and weird periods of success and had a really cool underdog mentality.

It's all gone, totally replaced by a passionless apathy that is cancerous and not going away.

Utterly depressing

Agreed but let's not worry about uncontrollable things. A lot of the fans on here know how big buisness works but none can see the future. Where we are in another 5 games will shape future finances and ownership.

We’ll go into administration, but the club will be saved by a new buyer. Mark my words.

A sad reflection that underdog feeling has been surpassed by an acceptance. Very sad

Kasey McAteer scored for us yesterday and was MOTM. Great performance. That £12 million you managed to get off us is starting to look like a bargain :teehee:

Good luck to you, same feeling when watching James Justin at Leeds and Harvey Barnes at Newcastle, they look happy now😞

I have never supported Leicester City because I like them. I support them becase I'm Leicester born and bred, and my Dad did and his dad did, and he took me when I was 8 years old and its been in my blood ever since.

It hurts when we lose. It hurts when we get relegated, and it hurts like hell to see the tailspin the club is in.

The easiest way to cope with that is to pretend you don't care.

You could feel it on Friday: the sense of detachment and the sense of apathy, and the sad shake of the head in resignation as another shot was spannered over the bar.

But...

we got one back and the whole place lifted, and (as someone else mentioned) once Vestergaard was thrown on, just like that, the passion was back as we steamrolled forward (only to be crushed by the awful Fatawu corner and awful Winks cross), but it shows that it doesn't take much to switch it back on again.

At the end of the day, the most important thing for a football fan is whether your team is winning or not, and if we start winning again, all these things won't feel quite as abhorrent. Living in Cambridge at the moment, and after getting relegated last year, with Cambridge now at the top end of League Two, the place has been buzzing just at the prospect of getting back to where they were last year!

Following this club as been a consistent part of my life for over 40 years, and I'm not going to let a spoilt little rich brat, a PE teacher, a current crop of overpaid incompetents and countless self-important jobsworths at the club take that away from me. I don't support the club because of them.

So no, I can't think of much that is likeable about us at the moment, but its still my club, and I'll stick with it, and it will come back again. And most people on this site probably do feel that way underneath - otherwise they wouldn't still be coming on here to let other fans know just how much they don't care!

Nothing at all.

Ive gone from despair to just resigned amusement. No more weekends will be spoilt by this lot.

I dislike the people who say we shouldn’t complain, what planet are they living on?
I really dislike the Daka and Hamza fan boys too.
A team of millionaires who couldn’t care less about the club and its supporters.
