Fuchs would unite the fan base around him

Im not a fan of ex players coming back, especially from that era , why ruin a legacy with the fanbase if it all goes tits up

Liam Rosenior

Strikes me as a bit of a poser. Out of his depth at Chelsea though of course we ain't that level by a long chalk

We laugh but he was a target last season before Cifeuntes. This is the board that targeted Enzo!

I think it will be someone like Gerhard Struber at this level, maybe Liam manning etc.

It won't be anything inspiring, but I think if we can financially not collapse and we can keep onto players like Page/Nelson, we might have enough to then go and get a manager who has their best years ahead of them.

The managers that get automatic promotion from league 1 this season are going to be the first targets I'd imagine

Yep, funnily enough in League One.

One of my dads friends attended a meet and greet at Lincoln City recently and got speaking to Skubala, who apparently still lives in Lutterworth.

My dads mate is a Leicester fan and so is Skubala. According to him, Skubala - without saying he wants to leave Lincoln for obvious reasons - said that Leicester would be his dream job at some point in his career.

He has done a very good job at Lincoln but the only concern would be it's only at one club and they are very well run. It's hard to tell if they have been successful because of him or if he has been successful because the rest of the club is very solid with great ownership. He would be walking into a mess here, the complete opposite to Lincoln. I don't think we are in a position to take a punt on it being all him. Any manager is a gamble but we could be one wrong appointment from financial oblivion if we don't get it right. Having said that Rudkin will probably advise that we give it to Rooney or someone like that and we will be in trouble anyway in which case he would be a much better option.

Manning at Huddersfield and there's no way we pay any compo surely.

Any chance of Liam Rosenior, now that he has been sacked??

Rosenior should only be if we are getting rid of the toxic players who have let us down the last two sessions.

He has proven at Chelsea he can't manage problematic players.

Rosenior wouldn't come to a league 1 club in a mess. He will still be able to get a high end championship role at worst. He did a decent job at Hull and Strasbourg after all.
