Popular Post Samilktray Posted 28 April Popular Post Posted 28 April Heard from my source at the club there was an unknown bald bloke at the club a few days ago. Only reason I know is because my friend asked me if I was interviewing for the job (I’m bald lmao) it was just harmless banter between 2 friends 9
The Doctor Posted 28 April Posted 28 April 7 minutes ago, Stopharage said: Old Dick Shredder sounds right up our street, from a fans’ POV.  But again, just highlights the complete madness of the idiots in charge. We bounce from manager to manager, with seemingly little thought if they’re stylistically similar or if we actually have the players for their preferred system. Maresca to Cooper to Cifuentes to Rowett shows an absolute lack of common sense by the chumps who run the club. given that we're almost certain to have a massive overhaul in players with those who are out of contract and who's agents will be touting them out as too good for league one, I wouldn't be too worried as to whether we have the players for it. The question then becomes is this a sign that Rudkins promotion is a ceremonial one because of connections with Aiyawatts family while having power taken away from him, with McCarron being given free reign to reset the club, or is this more of the same old lack of joined up thinkingÂ

BlueFox55 Posted 28 April Posted 28 April Not buying this for a second - straight out of the Top/Rudkin playbook.  Appear as though they are seeking an ambitious appointment to try and bring the fans back on side for League 1, but realistically they know there is no chance of it happening.  Just appoint Russell Martin now and be done with it  1
The Hitman Posted 28 April Posted 28 April Should have signed him sooner.  Dick wouldn’t have gone down.Â

CloudFox Posted 28 April Posted 28 April I reallllllly hope there's some truth in this, and better yet, a possibility of it happening.  No idea if Schreuder's style would work for us, but dammit I'd like to try something that isn't the flaccid style of possession football we've been failing to play since Enzo left.  It does seem like the ideal time to bring a manager in who can completely shape an identity, culture, and playing style. Lots of players out of contact or certain to leave. We just need to be able to bring in the right players for the manager, and hope the style works...  A lot of risk, but it would be fun. Which makes a change for our club of late. 2
CruzNoir Posted 28 April Posted 28 April Jens Askou wouldn’t be a bad shout when you look at the budget he’s got too work with at Motherwell, I know it’s Scottish Football but he’s certainly got them punching way above their weight considering he’s working on a bottom half of the league Budget 3

Another Assistant (Ahmed Abdulla), is a real journeyman in English Non-league football (including Caretaker Manager at Bedford). Great knowledge 2

TonyN11 Posted 28 April Posted 28 April Wouldn't mind Luiz Enrique or Vincent Kompany based on tonight's match. Might struggle for clean sheets thoughÂ
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 28 April Posted 28 April I liked the Dick Emery show and this guy looks like Jason Stratham...so it's a 👍🏼 from me
jayfox26 Posted 28 April Posted 28 April Conrad Logan.  Could also put himself in net instead of StolarczykÂ

lcfc sheff Posted 29 April Posted 29 April Honestly though who are Vincent Kompany’s or luis Enriques assistants’ assistants? Or perhaps their cleaners would be a more realistic optionÂ
teblin Posted 29 April Posted 29 April (edited) This could be his agent saying that he looking to move, using our name as its a big story that we have got relegated.  Though maybe they have had a whisper that he'd be interested. Edited 29 April by teblin

Well the pussies won’t like Dick because pussies will get ****ed by Dick. But Dick will also **** the assholes. So basically every member of the squad will be ****ed one way or another. 2
