Heard from my source at the club there was an unknown bald bloke at the club a few days ago. Only reason I know is because my friend asked me if I was interviewing for the job (I’m bald lmao) it was just harmless banter between 2 friends

But again, just highlights the complete madness of the idiots in charge. We bounce from manager to manager, with seemingly little thought if they’re stylistically similar or if we actually have the players for their preferred system. Maresca to Cooper to Cifuentes to Rowett shows an absolute lack of common sense by the chumps who run the club. 

given that we're almost certain to have a massive overhaul in players with those who are out of contract and who's agents will be touting them out as too good for league one, I wouldn't be too worried as to whether we have the players for it. The question then becomes is this a sign that Rudkins promotion is a ceremonial one because of connections with Aiyawatts family while having power taken away from him, with McCarron being given free reign to reset the club, or is this more of the same old lack of joined up thinking

Appear as though they are seeking an ambitious appointment to try and bring the fans back on side for League 1, but realistically they know there is no chance of it happening. 

 

Just appoint Russell Martin now and be done with it

I reallllllly hope there's some truth in this, and better yet, a possibility of it happening.

 

No idea if Schreuder's style would work for us, but dammit I'd like to try something that isn't the flaccid style of possession football we've been failing to play since Enzo left.

 

It does seem like the ideal time to bring a manager in who can completely shape an identity, culture, and playing style. Lots of players out of contact or certain to leave. We just need to be able to bring in the right players for the manager, and hope the style works...

 

A lot of risk, but it would be fun. Which makes a change for our club of late.

Jens Askou wouldn’t be a bad shout when you look at the budget he’s got too work with at Motherwell, I know it’s Scottish Football but he’s certainly got them punching way above their weight considering he’s working on a bottom half of the league Budget
