Sixth time’s the charm.

I doubt he'd be interested or we'd pay his asking price. But you never say never in Football.

Rowett said he's not had conversations yet so they've obviously not made serious headway. It'll be July earliest.

When does Rowett's contract end? Surely no reason for it to go beyond the end of this week/month?!

Can I ask, are you American?

Given the current top brass historically haven't believed in succession planning, you would guess it'll be well into June at the earliest.

I'd imagine they'll register the relegation some time next week. Forget to renew Rowett's contract the next. Ask Kingy to step in for pre season. Spend a fortnight looking through the agency's brochure. Give Enzo a call. Give Kingy the first 3 games. Then find some washed up out of work carcass because we're in the relegation zone.

I'd be hoping they'll be keeping an eye on the likes of Graham Alexander and Dave Challinor, both doing great jobs and involved in the League One playoffs. So maybe after they're over?

Well, theres going to be quite an overhaul of the squad, the new manager is going too need too be in place for that to happen too be apart of brainstorming of Recruitment with McCarron. A manager that fits the style in the mind of McCarron, and bring the players in that complement whatever that style is going too be.

The amount of work required too get these positions filled (manager and players) as well as players cleared it is a monumental task. So many things too need to be gotten right which takes time, but time is of the essence which brings naturally, quite an impressive amount of pressure.

It’s going too be a fascinating play out, wether good or bad, I’m just wanting too hear something.

Mid to late July. They'll waste time pursuing unrealistic options who wouldn't dream of working with this board and then we'll end up with a panic signing of someone worse than Rowett.

Expecting things to change under the clown shoe regime at the club is the first sign of madness

His stock has fallen so much we might be an option for him . I didn’t want him before he was shown to be lucky for a short period at one club and terminally useless everywhere else and I certainly hope we don’t entertain him now

You'll get a good sense of how this next 12 months will go by the end of this month. If Rowett is still in limbo probably by even about a week or two's time then nothing's changed.

I am just hoping McCarron will bring fresh ideas and energy and one of his initial thoughts is we need to appoint early to ensure we are well prepared ahead of pre season

Makes absolutely no difference whatsoever what McCarron brings whilst he's still reporting to Rudkin

It will be some time in July I reckon.

We probably won't hear anything on their search until June.

I don’t think it’s going to be the overhaul a lot are expecting…. We’ve been waiting for about 5 years for this overhaul……

I fear only a few key earners will leave, a few we cant get rid of will stay. Top wont put a penny into the club, and we will start the season with perhaps a few free’s and the majority academy players.
