If Russel has decided he’s not ready, then hope he’s not in the squad because he’s sorting a loan to a L2 club. He’s still only 17 got years ahead of him. Potentially Russel has decided Otchere, Hutchinson and Ings would be ahead of him up top, and he doesn’t fancy him on the wings
