Don't think you can fly from Ljubljana to East Mids sadly. When I went last year had to go from Gatwick. A miserable drive round the M25 and up to Leicester will give him a good 6+ hours to consider what he's letting himself in for.

Manchester or Stansted are the nearest I believe.

Stansted would be a lot nicer. Manchester airport is pretty grim.

Nearest airport from our town is Tuzla airport and Osijek airport in Croatia

Flipping hell, he may well miss the Notts County game.  And I thought living in Austria was bad for flight connections…..

No chance we're jetting people in anymore. Ryanair to east mids and the shuttle bus from there.

Yeah especially with the time of the year we're at.

Could imagine Aiyawatt getting his plane out when the season has begun or if we're close to the deadline.

There’s got to be easier smokescreens than a random player from a random league that was reported by the local Bosnian press. That sounds like a lot of planning and effort for a club that can’t be bothered to open stands so it’s fans can watch a cup game!

still not convinced but i genuinely dont think RM will be pinning all his hopes on him as main striker, so i expect another incoming

We need two in.

Could be we are using this as a hurry up to someone else.

Agreed, think we are doing the ‘cheaper’ striker signing now, I’d imagine with the thought that our most expensive signing will be another one, and then will tie up all of our other business before we splooge the rest of our budget on a striker. For now, just have a functional 9 and another half 9 for the start of August in Cullen and Bristric just to get us through the first few, it would be sensible

Only 24 hours from Tuzla as a wise man once said I believe.

That’s taking the biscuit

This is a truly mental timeline, we've come a long way from hanging around outside training grounds and having Peter Odemwingie turn up lol

I don't know why I am replying but queues withstanding Manchester Airport internally has really improved last twelve months, also have a semi-private transfer service now outside of the terminal building.

I'm saying absolutely nothing after my mid-shift all nighters during the World Cup.
