It's category A for a reason. This is not a bunch of microbrewers on a day trip to the Munich beer festival. These geezers are coming tooled up.

When you're talking about Burton, you're talking about a serious football club

I think we need to have another look at Reid up front for this one. One more chance and he might finally do something after 3 years.

Will he have any studs on his boots this time? :P

Eric Bristow up front, Charlie Chaplin to come in. I remember going to the old Baseball Ground to us watch in the Cup play Burton - we won 6-2 but it had to be replayed as there was carnage inside and outside of the ground. I think Burton media "encouraged" Derby fans to come and offer their "support". I must have picked up about £5 in sharpened 10p pieces that day - paid for fish and chips after !

I worry about us, if we keep on playing with no intensity at this level, I just don’t know where the goals are going to come from, this game is a must win and it needs to be convincing, anything less than 4-0 win otherwise Martin can f**k off!:D

I think we have one major disadvantage against Burton,  we are playing at home. Honestly.

There’s an argument we’ll actually be better at home than away this season. The last two years wouldn’t suggest that, but the style of play doesn’t lend itself to tight grounds with narrow pitches.

Expect Burton to sell out all their 3k allocation, they always travel well. There'll be loads of Burton fans going undercover in the home end as well. No wonder its category A.

Yeah, right..

Burton struggle to pull in 3k for their home games.

So it's highly unlikely they'll bring that many to Filbert Way..

There were some flashes of nice attacking play, the likes of which has been rare for us over the last two seasons. I think Burns will come good as well, and hopefully Chaplin fit.

3-1

Will be mega toxic if we don’t win this comfortably.

It’ll be fine if we win but if we draw or lose playing that horrid, mistake ridden, flaccid style of football then i imagine things will get ugly quickly.
