Yes if you want to win the league, was anyone genuinely thinking we would win the league? You need 19 to 24 wins to get playoffs, we have won 18 in the last 87, 6 in the Premier league and 12 in the Championship

Less a case of if we want, more of a case that we must.

A second season in League 1 would see the club on the brink unless completely gutted of assets

I don’t understand the personal dig but let me guess, you’ve not played football yourself much?!

I dislike Cullen more than most, that wasn’t a heavy touch, that was a ball being fizzed in to him (to a player low on confidence), who should have just put his laces through it first time.

The other countless chances that we created though?

I’d genuinely say the next best chance in the game, was after Souttar lunged in and their cutback was shocking.

I've played a lot of football over the years to be fair and analysed even more of it. Perhaps the personal dig was below the belt also, so genuine apologies for that. It was said mostly in jest, but I guess we both share the same frustration deep down at both the result but definitely what the club has become over the last few years.

Relegation zone tomorrow

Yeah that doesn’t add much pressure and toxicity to a crowd desperate for wins in the next game. Perfect storm

That would be nice as today was our 87th league game since the beginning of the 24/25 premier league season, we have won 18 of those games

Very true, but we’ve probably found our level now and if he continues to play the kids they’ll grow together. My only disappointment is not including young Hutchinson, l he let’s face it, if we were still in the premier we’d be loaning him to someone in this league!

Nailed on to get 24 wins and top the league then - the clear trend is that we double our wins each season: 6-12-24. Exponential improvement. On track to win the Championship too. Stick that in your stats pipe and smoke it!

I’m pretty sure we are going to be a League One side for a few seasons before we can launch a real push for promotion. We have a lot of clearing out still to do, but some good signs from the young academy lads. Ffs sign a proven striker!

Teams scoring 7 goals, 5 goals, 4 goals, most winning teams scoring 2 goals.

Leicester can't score any goals. Against MK ****ing Dons.

Just **** off Martin.

Stop being miserable Finners! That was our best performance of the season so we should be delighted with that apparently

And which clear solutions would they be? Solutions that would categorically have altered the result today to get us the 3 points.

Start Alves, Bristric, Howell. Bin off Reid, Cullen and Burns and bring Hutchinson, Neale and Carr in as squad players.

Also he started Oliver Skipp in our first 2 games while Page was sat on our bench or not in the squad. Would have been much better with Page starting every game this season. Wouldn't be surprised if Skipp comes back in after his ban as well.

All those happy with that, you are of course entitled to your opinion. But I just hope your expectations for the season are realistic, which would be consolation in this league, therefore halting the slide.

If that is your expectation, rather than a serious challenge at promotion, then it’s absolutely fine to be happy with that performance.

Understand today was frustrating but people booing and giving willy puller signs to Martin and the players are a strange specimen. Misdirected anger. The poorly attended protests were the time to direct anger to the people that got us into this mess. Not a game where bar from poor finishing from 2 ‘Senior pros’ a very positive performance.

I don’t think Page mind was in the right place at that time. Seems to accept that he staying at Leicester for the time being 🤞, hoping we will the best of him from now on

Watson is gash. Burns isn't much better. Chaplin a crock. Bristric looks out of his depth.

What's the injury?

Page only ever wanted to stay at Leicester this season. It was Martin who didn't want him earlier on.

Skipp red card is a blessing for Page, RM has to play and now based on his recent performances

Thought the away support was very good, backing the youngsters, not sure whether they were screaming for burns/bcdr to bin off, if yes, even better

Yeah we definitely tried that didn't we. We didn't have any shots or even come close to scoring did we? 😂

Hit the post twice, Reid missed..  but it’s mk dons, we don’t celebrate draws… Martin has a reputation of making teams play possession football with no end product

Better patterns of play. Partnerships developing on the pitch. Fans sounded in good voice.

I tell you, someone’s going to be on the end of an absolute 1-0 battering soon 💪

This!

At this rate, this season is going to be grim.

We’ll be more likely relegated than promoted playing this style of football at the rate we’re going.
