I've reached a state of ennui over it all.

It's been obvious and signposted all the way, but I don't think the majority will realise until we have lost our Cat. 1 youth academy and sold seagrave to Forest for pennies on the pound.

By then the damage will be so deep that we'll never be more than a best of the rest Midlands club again.

I stopped really caring after the 24/25 relegation, mainly due to the fact those on the pitch clearly didn't care. Not that I let that stop me from going down in the slim hope that it will get better.  But I don't let it take over my life. I'm here till the end, much longer than the owners and current players. Just accepting that these are the shit times (that hopefully won't get too much worse!)

If you don’t care and this doesn’t hurt then you surely can’t call yourself a fan of Leicester city. I care and I hate those running this club in to complete oblivion.

Bollocks!! I've supported the Club since 1955 and I am hard pressed to think of a more lower point than this.

Does the manager and the players care or are they just going through the motions picking up their big fat wages for this dross?

Sounds counter-intuitive, but most that really care don't go any more.

Anyone paying attention was angry long ago and are past caring to the point they won't even entertain the shower we've become.

Almost as though they care so much they can't bear to see us in this state. There's also a relationship between how much people care and the depth of their knowledge of our situation. The more you know, the more hopeless you're likely to feel when it comes to us.

Why get behind a lost cause?

So all you have left is the day trippers and placid folk with nothing else to do with their Saturday.

Glad I don’t go and won’t until Khunt and his cronies go!

I live near Stockport and actually considered buying tickets in the home end for next weekend. Timely reminder today to save myself the time and money.

You felt the need to respond to me, mate. I wasn't blaming anybody. I was just stating that the atmosphere is a little bit strange. This is an internet forum for Leicester fans to discuss issues around Leicester City. No need to be so petty.

With the club up for sale, what is there to get angry about, bar possibly their rather optomstic asking price.

Apathy is perfectly understandable. I'd go as far as to say it's to be expected.

Clearly miss understood what I was saying then.

Walking out of the ground and seeing people have a joke and laugh, people taking selfies etc, seemingly unaffected by the destruction of our football club right in front of our eyes.

The lack of anger is palpable.

I certainly do! which is why I’m furious with how things are going, I have been since Rodgers and his last few years! The club is being run into the ground, yeah I might not be positive but how the f**k can you be with top and Ruskin running the show, and hiring every useless manager they can get their hands on. Nothing positive here, the only positive was the club going up for sale

We've always been a pathetically apathetic fanbase. I just wish it didn't mean so much to me personally.

There's still a lot of us who aren't like that but you're right. The performances of the last few years wouldn't be allowed at clubs similar size to us.

It's what happens when you allow that family ,who've never given a ****, to become these weird godlike figures who get supported more than Leicester. Weird fans.

There was absolutely no way I was going to put any money in after Vardy left, with clowns like Rudkin getting a promotion and the nonsense Khunt was coming out with.

I don’t care that I’m missing games, but the results still make me angry at the ownership and personnel who have consistently let the club down leading us to this total mess.

Bugger all really. but I'm not blaming other fans that's kind of my point.

Who is he blaming? He is just saying people don’t seem angry which I think a lot of people agree with, I know I do. If this was happening at certain other clubs the reaction would be so much different. I mean, Everton nearly got relegated and their fans were out in the streets surrounding the players. Some parts of our fanbase still want to shake hands with the owner ffs.

Not at all. I just get sick and tired of folk saying "surely you can't be a true fan".

Being a fan doesn't mean you have to back them to the hilt and not be unhappy, particularly, on performances like today's.

Yeah, you did.

I'll admit to wanting Oxford to score a 4th, 5th and 6th today. But only so the ***** ruining this club leave this club sooner. Until then it is pointless caring, but i do think if I was attending games I'd be seriously close to getting some sort of ban. The anger is just boiling over and I'm 50 miles away trying to ignore it.
