I often switch to the opposition teams TV channel.

 

The only thing I like about Matt Elliott is that he has quite a wide vocabulary for a football player.

 

This allows him to paper over the cracks eg. Calling a shot "speculative" when in fact it was "shite".

Turned the stream off at 0-1 yesterday but generally if I watch our games I'll watch it through the opposition channel. Genuinely sooner listen to Stockport commentators, biased as they may be than be gaslit to the extent you would be watching ours.

It’s absolutely dogshit to listen to the commentary, but ofc they’ll be out of a job the moment they stop the polite positivity bollocks. It must be absolutely exhausting, I’d be down the pub before and after each game.

It's unbearable and Elliott sounds pissed most of the time. But yesterday it truly was ridiculous. Elliott and his side kick telling us that we shouldn't be surprised to lose 0-4 to Oxford, because they were a Championship club last season. I've just started to mute them.

I make a conscious effort to listen to the opposition commentary as a lot of them use their local BBC radio feed, which obviously being a little more biased for the opposition, is certainly more accurate and will at least address the fundamental issues in our club.

 

Trouble is the state of the streams are diabolical at times with the Oxford one about 15 secs behind with the audio so sometimes I'm forced to watch our one. 

 

Elliott should be ashamed of himself - a supposed legend of the club that is still jovial at 4-0 down against Oxford squeezing positives still out of stuff when there isn't any.  He should be calling it out for what it is and taking his P45 with pride. 

 

I hope when KP finally go the TV station goes with it with everyone connected to it.

It's not just KP media outlets. It's the likes of Radio Leicester too. No one will say how it is or challenge the owner or at least manager.

It’s hideous it really is. Also when you listen to the muppet who interview Martin after the game it’s like they can’t ask any tricky questions. The whole set up is a complete fraud! Most of them ex pros are just stealing a few quid to keep them going and stay relevant. The only one’s I have time for is Walshie and prob Nugent but the majority are just cling ons. The whole club needs draining before it’s too late.

Matt Elliot was a hero of mine. What a great player for us. 
unfortunately he is awful on commentary. Says absolutely nothing. The only ex players worth listening too are Matt Piper and Matty Fryatt.
