From that it seems like it’ll be a straight shootout between us and Notts, so we have no chance. Even if we prioritise it more within our club structure, they ultimately have a lot more money to support it.

Harris is a replacement for Mulder, so they won't play together, but agree other than that.

I went to the sponsors lunch the other week. Seems a very happy camp, Jarvis and the coaches were saying it's the fittest the squad has ever been, new lads have settled in well.

 

Another hugely encouraging thing is the batting coaching, looking at the scores at the end of the season lots of players have improved with the bat. James Taylor is a gent too.

Getting Harris back is superb, fair play to get Pucovski on board for when Mulder wasn't available and now getting Harris to replace Pucovski is very good from us.

Take it you are aware Sean Jarvis is a director  of Trent Rockets and was at every one of the games at Trent Bridge last season

Annoying but pleased for him. Can see him being in the England reckoning quite quickly if he can keep improving given his height/left armedness.

Decent white ball season. Bound to happen.  Aa regards Leicestershire I'm hoping to see plenty of him in the red ball team. Be interesting to see if he has got a bit quicker?
