Good Point we were a couple of misfields away from finals day last year in a side that inc Rhodes Dearden and Delaney as OS

Yep. This team is actually on paper decent. Had some good performances though good finish would be nice.

Desperately inconsistent.

Infuriating that our batters constantly go aerial and get caught, hit it on the deck and play clever cricket.

Noticeable on Sunday, it took Hill and the least experienced player in Kimber to do that

Nowt to do with Leics CCC but there's a great series on Netfix now called 'This could go anywhere' with Phil Tufnell and Brendan McCullum.

They basically drive around NZ together and play golf, talk cricket, and take the piss out of each other. Most enjoyable....

Keep playing the same team expecting different results. It is telling that Northants really changed up their team after losing to us a couple of weeks ago and have gone on to win 4 from 5.

Exactly.

Why are we so scared of changing the team when we are already dead and buried?

What do we learn from playing people like Mike all the time?
