He's held many of our innings together in 4 day. we need a quality bat to fill the gap not another bowler. 

 

We do have an issue with the bowling but that needs to be addressed separately imo.

Perhaps I should have specified a good bowler.

 

I feel far more comfortable with Evans, Azad, Ackermann, Hill, Patel and Swindells as the top 6 than with any combination of our bowlers supporting Wright and maybe Davis.

It is true. Pretty clear evidence - a former disgruntled Leics CCC player, now non league goalkeeper was sharing a video of it freely on twitter.

Swindells second 50 will boost his confidence. Barnes did well too with some useful runs preceding a tidy bowling display. Ahmed looks useful for a 16 year old too.
