Lineker's Left Foot Posted 4 June 2007 Posted 4 June 2007 yeah and if you had you would have found something on every page referring to it Same about trawling pages re Jack Lester at Forest as a replacement for Hammond or more like a supersub. I rate Lester highly !!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 4 June 2007 Posted 4 June 2007 Jack Lester is an average League One player, the sort of player we would have been linked with this summer if it wasn't for Mandaric.
The People's Hero Posted 4 June 2007 Posted 4 June 2007 Radzinski. Yes please. Can't see it. But I'd like it. Are Fulham keeping McBride? I heard he might be leaving....
Brainy Posted 4 June 2007 Posted 4 June 2007 I thought he signed a new contract.. or got offered one.
Kilworthfox Posted 4 June 2007 Posted 4 June 2007 Same about trawling pages re Jack Lester at Forest as a replacement for Hammond or more like a supersub. I rate Lester highly !! Gone Chesterfield today i believe, he's gash!
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Would be nice if we were the Championship Club that Mr Gradi is talking about...... Slinkage

THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Should of put this in one of the threads up top, not really a rumour and doesnt warrant a new thread I heard his name being mentioned with Derby yesterday
The People's Hero Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Bit of a forgotten man. Might be worth a look.
Ultra Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Article on Sky website Looks like Sunderland might beat us to him, though..
Stevosevic Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Article on Sky websiteLooks like Sunderland might beat us to him, though.. we were never linked to him, there isn't a rumour linking us with Ian Harte.
Ric Flair Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Would be a quality signing, think there will be bigger fish out there after him though.
mancunianfox Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Gradi happy to let Jones move on Crewe boss Dario Gradi says a top Championship club has enquired about signing utility player Billy Jones. The Shrewsbury-born 20-year-old has rejected Crewe's latest contract offer and Gradi is happy for him to move on. "I had a call from a Championship manager and now that club's chairman has asked for permission to speak to Billy," Gradi told the club's website. "It is a good club and I think it would be a good move for Billy if he elected to move there. It will be his choice." I really hope that we are that club as he would be a really good signing. he's very highly rated over at Crewe.
Ric Flair Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 I do too, but I think it's Preston and Wolves after him.
mancunianfox Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 I do too, but I think it's Preston and Wolves after him. Have they actually been linked with him then? Pity its not us.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Have they actually been linked with him then? Pity its not us. no reason why it can't be us
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 be a good signing! Ifs and buts and the mo though
Blue Bob Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Just on sky news Cureton hands in transfer request as Colchester cannot match his ambitions.
Mickey O'Neil Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Rather have Saganowski , but Harewood's been let go
Stevosevic Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Rather have Saganowski , but Harewood's been let go Could cost a bit, i can see Birmingham going for him as they missed out on Viduka.
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 June 2007 Posted 5 June 2007 Just on sky news Cureton hands in transfer request as Colchester cannot match his ambitions. I've seen enough of Cureton to last me a life time. No where near good enough and not going to get any better, he should relise that he's playing well at Colchester and not risk another Swindon esque chapter in his career by moving on.
Mort Posted 6 June 2007 Posted 6 June 2007 Rather have Saganowski , but Harewood's been let go Transfer listed rather than released i take it? Wigan and Pompey have been linked with him and agree with Stevo that it would make sense for Brum to have a crack at him... he'd clean up at this level, got a better chance with Saganowski but its not totally impossible.
