Kent Fox Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Reckon it's close now. Repent you sinners, repent before the end of the world is nigh.....
Gené and Tonic Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Reckon it's close now. You can't just come on and say that! Give us more info
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Al Ahly are a really good team, sounds promising.
The People's Hero Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 you tease I bet you say that to all the boys.

The Reverend Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Hmmm... Get this Egyptian bloke in. Sounds quite promising.

Tubes Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 **** me!Are these NHS medicals...does that explain the wait? brilliant
MPH Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Looks like Kabi is hoping for a prem moveLink goodness me... 54 caps for your country by the age of 21???
Tubes Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 Looks like Kabi is hoping for a prem moveLink shame sounds promising aswell
mancunianfox Posted 20 June 2007 Posted 20 June 2007 shame sounds promising aswell Whats a shame? He hasn't signed for anyone yet, is still looking for a new club and may still come here. Articles like this and the Hendrie one are standard fare...agents trying to drum up interest in their client and trying to attract the best deal available for them. Besides, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that he would rather go to a club a prem club than a championship side...at 21 who wouldn't? Doesn't mean to say that he won't though. BE OPTIMISTIC.
ronnup Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 hard to be optimistic really, pulling power of the prem is too much. Shame, but I do feel the more people we are signing the bigger the buzz is getting. We've got money, just need to see one ballsy move now. Then the gates will be open
Gené and Tonic Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 Leicester City his most likely destination. Thats reason to be optimistic. Lets hope Wigan don't move for him.
teblin Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 It may well still happen. Going to be like a championship bolton.
brookfox Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 goodness me... 54 caps for your country by the age of 21??? Downside could be that he'll be away on International duty a lot. Not something we normally have to consider when signing players!
Ric Flair Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 Haven't Wigan just signed a right back in Melchiot? They also have Ryan Taylor and Boyce plays at right back when needed. I think we've got the death grip on him. He's ours.
dandannieldanok Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 I think we've got the death grip on him. He's ours.

Its been a while since we had a really skillfull player and I think his signing may put a few extra bums on seats as well from parts of the community that the club have been trying to attract for years.
Ric Flair Posted 21 June 2007 Posted 21 June 2007 I must say if we do get Kaebi, I think it's a fantastic signing. To get him on a free transfer as well is even better.
